Restoration of rain damages on various roads under Sub-Division No.III HPPWD Mandi. (SH- Hiring of Tipper for carriage of mucks, debris/stone boulders etcetera) Job No.II

Hiring of Tipper 5.5 cum / 10 tonne capacity (five point five cubic metre/ten tonne capacity) capacity having lift system for carriage of earth/ debries, boulder and other construction materials from various location etc. complete with in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. The tipper should work minimum 8 (eight) hours from 9.00 A.M. to 5.00 P.M. daily. Any loss to public/private property or any accident etc. happened during the course of hiring period shall be absolute responsibility of the owner which shall have to be fully compensated by him in all cases. The fuel of the tipper, driver and repair work shall have to be borne by the contractor/ owner. The daily log book shall be maintained at site which should be duly verified by the Engineer-in charge.

Conditions:-

i) The intending bidders must have ownership of JCB in their name and copy of RC must be uploaded online as a proof.

ii) The JCB must be placed near site of work as per BOQ and must be available along with operator within 15-30 minutes of intimation of road closure.

iii) The hours of contractor will not be counted or taken in record if he/she stations his/her machinery anywhere else except as (ii) above.

iv) The bidder must note that if he puts his bid for more than two works, he must have JCB's/ machinery in his ownership to open the roads, otherwise tender will be cancelled and he/she will be debarred from participating in future tenders under this division either for six months or one year.
