Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide for laying of cables, erection of poles,struts, stays etc and getting out all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per serial item No 1.00 here-in-before but in PCC/floor/road

Material and labour for clean dry sand laid in trenches/ducts for bedding and cushioning to cable, including spreading and levelling complete all as speccified.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, Type 1, flat, size 300mmx l80mm x 40mm for laying in trenches for cable protection laid adjacent to each other length wise perpendicular to the central axis of cable complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut 150mm height, 150mm dia for working pressure 11000 Volts grade of HT line including taking down existing cracked/unserviceable pin type insulator complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing disc type insulators, porcelain vitreous white brown or green, 145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type, two-in-series assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductor having working pressure 11000 Volts including taking down existing cracked/unserviceable disc type insulator complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old U/S GO switch any type and size from HT 2/4 poles structures.

Supply and fixing for Gang operated switch outdoor type 11000 Volts, 200 Amp capacity tripple pole machenically operated suitable for operation from ground level and for vertical mounting complete with HT insulators 12 Nos. with dropout fuse set, channel, knife blades, GI pipe medium grade 25mm dia for operating mechanism worked from ground level , locking arrangement with handle all as specified.

Supply and fixing for Gang operated switch outdoor type 11000 Volts, 200 Amp capacity tripple pole machenically operated suitable for operation from ground level and for vertical mounting complete with HT insulators 9 Nos., channel, knife blades, GI pipe medium grade 25mm dia for operating mechanism worked from ground level , locking arrangement with handle all as specified.

Demolition of concrete (coping of PCC/GI pole/Road) of any description and in any position

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate in coping of size (0.65x0.55x0.45) Mtr for PCC/RCC/Steel tubular pole complete with 10mm thick cement plaster CM 1:4 on coping surface complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling / Taking down old unserviceable lightning arrestor 11 KV from HT 2/4 poles structures.

Material and labour for HT 11 KV lightening arrestor expulsion type having discharge capacity of 65 KA, suitable for 11 KV HT line includng making connection with existing GI earth wire.

Supply and fixing for woven type flexible copper strip suitable for GOD switch 200 Amp 11 KV all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing for heavy duty male and female contact of brass zinc plated for GO switch of capacity 200 Amp complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Each set will comprise of one male and one female contact).

Taking out/down from trenches/floors/roads/ wall/ pipe/ pole, old unserviceable HT cable any type and size all as speccified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing in trenches/with pole, HT 11 KV rated XLPE insulated, PVC bedded earth system stranded aluminium conductor cable 3 core, 95 Sqmm inclusive all incoming and out-going electric connections, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Cable route indicator showing "HT 11 KV Cable" and rout of cable with arrow made of CI in suitable eliptical/round shape and fixed on angle iron 40x40x6mm, 800mm long painted in Brown Colour with two coats of synthetic enamel paint cover a coat of red oxide primer duly embaded in PCC block (0.40x0.40x0.40)mtr including in ground and 0.15mtr above ground lable complete all as directed and specified.

Material and labour for cold shrinkable cable end box kit outdoor type suitable for 11KV (Earthed) 3 core, XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm.

Material and labour for cold shrinkable cable end box kit indoor type suitable for 11KV (Earthed) 3 core, XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm.

Material and labour for cold shrinkable straight through cable jointing kit suitable for 11KV (Earthed) 3 core, XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm.

Material and labour for GI Pipe medium grade 80mm bore for cable protection in floor/road crossing/along pole complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for GI Pipe medium grade 50mm bore for earth strip protection in floor/road crossing/along pole complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with GI earth plate 600x600x6mm thick electrode and 32x6 mm GI strip as earthing lead buried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground connected to GI strip earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check , nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown on electrical plate no. 3 including 40 mm dia medium grade GI protection pipe, 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe, funnel, wire mesh , charcoal dust, PCC pit and 50mm thick RCC cover, earth work in any type of soil connected to earthing test point complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: GI strip beyond 7.5Mtr length from earth electrode shall be measured and paid separately).

All as per serial item No 27.00 above but with 4 mm dia GI wire as earthing lead and GI protection pipe 20mm dia medium grade.

Material and labour for earthing complete with copper earth plate 600x600x3.15mm thick electrode and 20x3 mm copper strip as earthing lead buried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground connected to copper strip earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check , nuts and washers of copper all as shown on electrical plate no. 3 including 40 mm dia medium grade GI protection pipe, 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe, funnel, wire mesh , charcoal dust, PCC pit and 50mm thick RCC cover, earth work in any type of soil connected to earthing test point complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Copper strip & GI pipe 40mm dia beyond 7.5mtr length from earth plate shall be measured & paid separately under respective item)

Supply and fixing for earthing strip 32x6mm GI fixed to wall/pole/buried in ground /drawn in pipe complete.

Supply and fixing for earthing strip 25x3.15 mm aluminium fixed to wall/pole/buried in ground /drawn in pipe complete.

Supply and fixing for GI wire 4mm dia iron fixed to wall/pole/buried in ground /drawn in pipe complete.

Supply and fixing for danger notice plate for HT poles size 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous enemelled white letter figures and converntionl skull and bones maked in red colour with MS clamp of flate iron 25X3mm size, bolts, nuts, size of plate 25 X20 Cm complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling U/S any size of cross arms from pole /structures/anti-climbing device etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for MS work confirming to Fe-410-O or Fe-310-O as in cross arms, support, bracings, stiffeners, clamps channels fabricated from structural steel including nuts, bolts and washers welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size all as directed including two coats of aluminium paint over a coating of red oxide primer all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for anti climbing devices, spike type fabricated out of MS bars (Round, square and flat) including nuts, bolt, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole including painting etc complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting/trimming of tree branches under OH LT/HT electric line including cleaning upto 3.00 mtr horizontal distance on both sides of OH electric line from ground level of the poles including removing all creepers small bushes etc of under OH line upto 40 metre each span complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Materials/T&P like Axies, Daw, rope and the like will be provided by the contractor without any extra cost to the Govt).

Material and labour for stay assembly complete with MS stay plate 300x300x6mm thick galvanized stay rod not less than 20mm dia, 2.15 M long galvanized stay bow, galvanized thimble,stay clamp etc. all as shown in electrical plate No 1of SSR part-I (Note:- Excavation, earthwork, cement concrete loop type insulators and stay wire shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Material and labour for galvanised stay strand, size 7/4mm complete

Material and labour for loop insulator, vitreous, porcelain, white, brown or green, large size with overall dimensions 50x140mm clearance of hole 25.5 mm complete.

Overhauling/ servicing of HT VCB 400/630 Amps 11 KV of any make by carrying out following job:- (i)Taking out VCB trolly from the panel board. (ii)Removal of dirt, dust & carbon particles by air blower (iii)Cleaning of all moving & fixed contacts of VCB with dry cloth & CRC solution and greasing of moving contacts & gears. (iv) Checking and setting of VCB ON/OFF operation mechanism through TNC & push button. (v) Checking tightness of all control wires. (vi) Checking leakage in vacuum interrupter by Hi-Pot test (vii) Assembly of trolly and testing complete. Note: Item No. 40 to 46 shall be undertaken through authorised service centre of M/S Crompton Greaves Ltd)

Testing of tripping mechanism and callibration of over current and earth fault IDMT/Numerical relay of HT 11KV rating VCB through primary & secondary injection machine and placement of setting data on a laminated print stickers on the VCB complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement numerical relay for VCB tripping system ( 3 Over Current , 01 Earth Fault and high set instantaneous protection in single unit) suitable for opration on 24V DC all as per Model No CGI14N of Make: Crompton Greaves or equivalent in AREVA (Note: Existing relays are of Electromagnetic type, hence any modification in the wiring,and panel sheet enclosure is deemed to be inclusive in the scope of work).

Supply and fixing in replacement Ammeter for HT panel Square dial of size 100 mm digital type complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Existing meter analough type and large in size, hence any modification in the wiring,and panel sheet enclosure is deemed to be inclusive in the scope of work).

Supply and fixing in replacement voltmeter for HT panel Square dial of size 100 mm digital type complete all as specified and directed. Note: Existing meter analough type and large in size, hence any modification in the wiring,and panel sheet enclosure is deemed to be inclusive in the scope of work).

Supply and fixing in replacement indicator lamp assembly 24V DC in (Red,Yellow, White, Green & Blue colour) for HT panels complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement Power Pack having input AC supply 220V and 24V DC as output supply for HT VCB panel complete including making necessary wire connections.

Supply and fix Motor cut off switch complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix ZZ Switch complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix Battery for CGI 14S Relay 2200mAH complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting to VCB, Fire stand post ,duct plate etc at installations with two coats of synthetic enamel paint after making the suface free from oil/grease/rust and applying a coat of red oxide primer complete including writing details as per directed like as SM Nos/feeder detail etc. all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement Battery 12V, 150 AH suitable for battery bank including connecting all battery as per existing complete with testing all as specified.

Supply and fixing of Jumper for HT OH Lines with insulated with colour coding, (Red Green , Blue) with all conneted item i.e nut bolt, U G clamps etc up to length of size 3 to 5 Mtr all as specified and directed by Engr -in-charge.

Complete removal of old paint from the steel tubular pole of 11 mtr height without removing accessories and preparation of surfaces for repainting the poles with and including two coats of synthetic enamal paint upto 1.50 mtr height having alternative white and black strips of 30 cm height each, including one coat of aluminium paint to the remaining part of pole (i.e above 1.50 mtr height) and its cross arms, bracing, support and all steel members complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying in trenches, testing and commisioning XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with standard aluminium conductor, 11000 volts (earthed) grade having cross sectional area 120 Sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing cable jointing kit for 11 KV (earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 Sqmm to 185 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:4:8 (nominal mix) type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates, as in foundation filling and mass concrete for poles and stay/installation paths complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:2:4 (nominal mix) type B-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in coping of poles and the like complete including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:3:6 (nominal mix) type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates, as in foundation filling and mass concrete for poles and stay/installation paths complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling ACSR or AAC conductor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for aluminium conductor, steel reinforced (ACSR) of following sizes as in overhead conductor including fixing aluminium tapes for binding complete all as specified and directed: - (a) 6/1 x 3.0 - Ferret (b) 6/1 x 2.59 - Weasel (c) 6/1 x 2.11 - Squirrel Note: The weight of the conductor shall be determined as stipulated in Preamble (b) & (c) on Page 384 of SSR-2010 Part-II (Rates).

Stringing of ACSR conductor any size to HT/LT over heads lines, streching properly to achieve proper sag including binding to insulators using GI/aluminium binding wire all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for replacement of earth pit chamber of size 300 x300 mm (internal dimensions) and 450x450mm(External) with PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 , RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 reinforced with 6 mm dia MS round bars @ 15 cm c/c both ways for cover 50 mm thick with 12 mm dia MS hook of suitable size and shape for lifting and MS angle iron frame 50 x 50 x 4 mm including GI funnel with wiremesh complete all as specified.

Cutting and uprooting grass, vegetation shrubs, bushwood undergrowth, roots and trees not exceeding 30 cm girth (measure one metre above ground level) in and around electrical sub stations, two/four pole structures and removing rubbish to a distance upto 50 metres outside the periphery of the area, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for excavation in post holes soft/loose soils ( for similar holes each not exc 0.5 cum getting out returning , fillling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25cm.

Supply and fixing for 3.15 mm dia chain link fencing including line wires , size of mesh 50x50 mm to any type of standards, rails straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for rolled section joist , chaneel angle or tee sections, fixed independently without connection plated etc (cut of ordinary lengths i.e within 20 mm of the length indicated conforming to FE 410 Gde E-250 quality A.

Supply and fixing for Mild steel screw bolts (machine made )with hexagaonal or square headsat one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut n exc 5cm long dia of shank diameter of neck in 5 to 10mm.

Supply and fixing for mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over cut to length , bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for coloumns , hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) bolt less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips.

Supply and fixing of synthetic insulating mat suitable for 11 KV installation of size 1.00 m x 2.00 m and 25mm thick (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only rubber hand gloves (ISI Marked) suitable for working with 11 KV HT lines complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only rubber gum boot (ISI Marked) suitable for working with 11 KV HT lines complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Earthing dischard rod (ISI Marked), extendable upto 18 feet height with rubber hand grip and suitable size copper wire suitable for working with 11 KV HT lines complete all as specified and directed.
