Construction of RCC Delay pond for storm water drain

Dismantling, chipping, removal of concrete / Rubble masonry/ brick masonry etc., using portable heavy-duty concrete breaker machine/ jag hammer or manually including cutting of re-bars using grinder/gas cutter & removing of all debris generated Details as per Sl No 1 in BOQ.

Earthwork excavation by mechanical means & as directed, in all classes of soil up to a depth of about 4 m from the existing earth level & as required to suit site conditions including removing all waste materials, vegetations, trees, scraps etc Details as per Sl No 2 in BOQ.

Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete mix 1:3:6 (1 cement, 3 coarse sand and 6 graded broken stone aggregate 40-20mm nominal size) after ramming of existing earth, well compacted, side shuttering, finishing smooth to a fair face at all levels, curing etc., complete Details as per Sl No 3 in BOQ.

Providing & laying of Reinforced Cement Concrete RCC for raft foundation, wall, beam, storm water drain connected in to existing drain (M30 Grade as per IS 456) with minimum cement content of 380 kg/m3 of concrete by using 20-12 mm downgraded stones, machine mixed, mechanically vibrated, consolidated, curing, including usage of quality material Details as per Sl No 4 in BOQ.

Supply & Laying reinforcement High yield strength deformed (HYSD) bars Fe 500 grade, cutting to required size, bending & placing in position, binding with 18/20 gauge black annealed /GI tying wire, including lead, lift of reinforcement to site, laying as directed by Engineer-in-charge Details as per Sl No 5 in BOQ.

Providing shuttering / formwork for which includes raft, wall, base, beams, cover slab, etc., using plywood with sufficient wooden runners or MS sheets with enough strength to withstand the load of mechanical vibrator during compaction of concrete. Details as per Sl No 6 in BOQ.

Providing Plastering in CM 1:4, 12 mm thick average in masonry structure wherever required, mixing & application of mortar, finishing smooth, proper line & level all required for completion of work as directed by EIC Details as per Sl No 7 in BOQ.

Engaging core cutting machine for providing 500mm dia core using diamond wheel for drain outlet, sealing the gaps using high strength foundation grout as directed by Engineer-in charge Details as per Sl No 8 in BOQ.

Engaging concrete cutter 2 feet dia (approx) using diamond wheel suit to existing site condition for cutting of RCC slab/floor up to 15m level from ground level including necessary scaffolding, platform, labour charges etc to carry out the complete work Details as per Sl No 9 in BOQ.

Providing RCC Spun pipe for underground rain water drainage of size 450mm dia, accessories etc Details as per Sl No 10 in BOQ.
