Demolition of un-reinforced cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing rubbish to outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces mixed with an integral liquid waterproofing compound as admixture @ 100ml per bag of cement finished the surface rough complete all as specified and as directed. Make : SMARTCARE Vitalia of Asian Paint or equivalent product of Dr Fixit,Sika,Dulax

M & L for providing and filling light weight AAC bats (of size 40-60mm) with cement mortar mixed in the ratio 1:3:6 (1cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 block bats) including mixing of approved water proofing compound in recommended proportion, the laid AAC bats mix shall be well rammed and compacted as required; care shall be taken prior to filling all pipes passing through sunk portion such as the pipes are pressure tested by maintaining pressure for 24 Hours and junctions of pipes passing through walls, slabs are well grouted and sealed; this shall be tested by ponding water for required depth and maintaining for 75 Hours complete all as required and as directed. (Note: (I) Unit quoted rate shall deemed to include cost of AAC bats, cement mortar, top screed, labour charges for working at all levels, leads and heights, (ii) For payment the area of sunken slab and depth of filling including the thickness of screed shall be measured)

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:5:10, type E-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no 12 here in before but as in skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry over a bedding layer of backing coat 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 and pointed in white/colour cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in two coats (10mm+5mm each) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with integral water proofing compound with weight of cement in top layer as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately against respective item).

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Note :-(i) Painting work shall be carried out acoording to Smart Painting procedure mentioned in PS (ii) Sanding of surfaces shall be done by mechanical sander with 1500-2700 rpm with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by the Paint manufacturer

Removing of concrete all around reinforcement bar upto 12 mm dia from behind the reinforcing bars average 25mm (but not less than 15mm air gap)by manual methods (using wire brushing ,chiselling etc) removing all rust from steel reinforcement bar by emery paper and cleaning the area throughly by water and allow it to dry and totally rust free and applying two component epoxy zinc rich primer on existing reinforcement surface of minimum specific gravity 1.75, adhesive bond strength with steel is 1.50N/mm2 and maximum coverage area 5.00 Sqm per litre including all necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed.( upto 4 storey of building) Make- Nitozinc primer of FOSROC or equivalents chemical of SIKA/ STP/ HINDCON as approved by GE.

Providing and applying two component epoxy bonding agent (Mixed density : 1.48Kg/ltr, adhesive bond strength to be >2.50 MPs) for bonding fresh wet cementitious materials to existing cementitious surfaces bonding agent of approved brand including all necessary scaffolding, complete all as per manufacturer instruction . Make :- Nitobond EP (Std) of FOSROC or equivalents chemical of SIKA / STP / HINDCON as approved by GE.

M & L for Racking out and cleaning of tiles joints in affected toilet/bath portion (without disturbing the tiles) and applying white cement 1:3 ratio mixed with pigments and water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions to floor & wall maximum upto 1.20m height from floor of affected area complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for filling the joints/gap of any size with weather proof silicon sealent of approved quality complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down wash hand basin /sink of any size and refixing in same position with and including two new MS angle bracket / rag bolts complete all as directed.
