Note for item No. 1 & 2 following will be inclusive in rate:- (a) Piping length upto 15 mtr will be inclusive in item (b) Installation will include fixing the outdoor unit on the platform as per direction of Engineer in Charge (c) Installation will also include civil work for making hole on the wall and putting the iron sleeve for passing the refrigerant pipe (d) Testing and commissioning of the Air conditioner to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge (e) Contractor will provide warranty of 5 years for compressor from the date of installation

(f) 5% of Air conditioner will be tested by the representative of Garrison Engineer for Energy Efficiency and all the functions provision in the Air conditioner (g) Contractor provide complete free service in warranty period by the company (h)Taking down and deposit to AGE E/M store yard as per instruction of Engg-in-charge.

Supply and installation of voltage stabilizer for automatic operation single phase naturally air cooled indoor type and designed for input variation between 170V to 250 V with out voltage stabilized at 230V with accuracy of (+,-) 2.5% and capacity 4KVA. Note:-Quotted rate shall be deemed to include for taking down the old one and deposit to AGE E/M store yard as per instruction of Engg-in-charge.

Supply installation, commissioning of water cooler five star rating fully stainless steel, electric driven single phase with charged Gas 410 A, Cooling Capacity 40 Litres / hour & Storage Capacity 80 Litres, full SS 304 food Grade stainless steel body & inner tank and dip tray. with connected accessories all as specified and directed by Engg -in-Charge Note:-Quotted rate shall be deemed to include for taking down the old one and deposit to AGE E/M store yard as per instruction of Engg-in-charge.

M&L in replacement for sub main wiring with two run of single core PVC insulated copper cable multi-stranded conductor 4 Sqmm drawn through in and including Non metallic PVC casing caping of size not less than 20 mm into wall / ceiling with all accessories with 4.0 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor as earth wire, connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Three runs of 4.0 sqmm copper cable including PVC casing capping will be measured as one RM.
