Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards with frame work (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc) or insulation boards/ slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and fixing Heradesign Superfine, 1 layer magnesite bonded (Not Cement bonded) wood wool acoustic panel, 1mm thick fibre, exquisite surface structure, size 1200 x 600 x 25mm, having edge detail AK-01 (5mm bevel on all 4 sides), weight 11.30Kg/Sqm, fire protection class B-s1,d0 as per EN 13501-1 & Humidity Resistance of 95%. Thickness Tolerance T2 (±1 mm/± 2 mm for 600/1200mm lengths respectively) according to EN 13168. Wood wool panels to be PEFC certified and should bear the Forest Stewardship Council Seal confirming that the wood used originates from responsibly managed forests. UD profile 28mm/27mm/0.60mm is fixed to the wall, such that the base of the UD profile is 25mm above the planned finished ceiling level / 25mm less that the finished wall level. The ends of the CD profile is to be inserted into the UD profile and placed at a distance of 600mm centre to centre and is to be secured to the wall using the AMF Heradesign Universal Bracket. The Universal brackets are to be fixed to the wall at a distance of 900mm using wall screws (for walls). Heradesign wood wool boards to be screw fixed to the CD profile using 6 screws (per board) 50/4. 50mm dia Heradesign screws. The wood wool board should be backed by 50mm thick glass wool slabs packed in 1200 x 600mm polythene bags having a gross density of 50kg/m3. The finished face of wood wool panels have to be installed at a distance of 85mm from the soffit to achieve a NRC of 0.90 as per ASTM C423. Panels can be spray painted on site (before installation) under supervision of manufacturer. Note: Tile & Grid to be painted as approved Make : Armstrong (Knauf Ceiling Solutions) or Equivalent as approved by GE.

Thickness Tolerance T2 (± 1 mm) according to EN 13168. Wood wool panels to be PEFC certified & should bear the Forest Stewardship Council Seal confirming that the wood used originates from responsibly managed forests. The wood wool panels to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanised steel sections (galvanized @ 50-60 gsm/sqm) consisting of Main "Tee", size 24W x 38H x 3600L mm made from 0.30 mm thick sheet spaced at 600mm centre to centre and Cross "Tee", size 24W x 28H x 600L mm made of 0.30 mm thick sheet to be interlocked between the main T runners at the distance of 600mm centre to centre to create 600x600mm module to lay ceiling tiles of approved surface pattern in the grid including, wherever required, cutting / making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. The perimeter trims to be of 22W x 19H x 3000L mm and 0.50 mm thick. Main "Tees" to be suspended from ceiling using 6mm dia and 50mm long anchor fasteners, SoH suspension hangers consisting of 4mm GI adjustable rods with galvanized level clips spaced at 900mm centre to centre along the Main Tee. The 4.00mm GI rods should be in accordance to IS 280:2006 and should have a zinc coating of not less than 90 gsm in accordance with IS 4826:1986 and a tensile strength of 300-550 MPa in accordance to IS 1608:2005. The first suspension from the perimeter trim should not exceed 300mm. The bottom exposed width of 24mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint. The wood wool board should be backed by 40mm thick rock wool slabs packed in 600 x 600 polythene bags having a gross density of 50kg/m3. The finished face of wood wool panels have to be installed at a distance of 300mm from the soffit to achieve a NRC of 0.90 as per ASTM C423. Panels can be spray painted on site under supervision of manufacturer. Note: Tile & Grid to be painted as approved . Make : Armstrong (Knauf Ceiling Solutions) or Equivalent as approved by GE.

Taking down carefully existing copper/aluminium point wiring (light/fan/sockets/bell/power point) complete with all accessories such as switch with sheet, ceiling rose including rusted/broken concealed conduit, junction and sunken boxes etc and removing dismantled material and making good disturbed surface of walls/floors etc matching with existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Concealed Point wiring for one light point/fan point /bell point controlled by one switch (using red, black and green colour wires as colour coding) complete with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal cross section area) single core FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed and multi strand copper conductor cable 1100 volt (ISI marked) drawn through and including PVC conduit 20mm dia (medium duty, ISI marked) with all fittings and all accessories i.e. pipe bend, pipe hook, elbow, junction boxes, 2mm thick galvanised steel pressed sunken box suitable for modular switch socket concealed in wall, including inner and outer plates (cover plate) suitable for fixing the modular switches/ socket / regulator etc, including provn of 1.5 Sqmm single core FRLSH PVC insulated multi strand copper conductor wire continues as earth wire connected to earth dolly etc. including cutting chases in wall and making good disturbed surfaces of walls/ceiling/floors etc. by using CM (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed.

Note :- 03 run of 4 sqmm including 01 run of PVC conduit will be measured as one length.

Cutting chases, pinning in brick / PCC block masonry / concrete surfaces walls, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges for concealed water tubing or concealed wiring etc, and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing light fittings/fans inlcuding with fixtures like switch,sockets, MCB'S,DB's etc of any type and capacity duly remove by taking safety measures to serviceable one including with fixing accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully of AC's of any capacity and type with all safety measures free from leakings/damage and refixing the same inlcuding provn of new fixing accessories such as indoor frame, wire,extention copper pipe and filling reqd gas making to serviceable complete all as specified and directed.
