Traco- tender for civil work of Main building for 66 kV CCV Line plant at Thiruvalla unit

Civil construction work of 66kV CCV Line Main building at our factory at Chumathra, Thiruvalla, Pathanamthitta-Dist. as follows:

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50, in all kinds of soil.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc.complete.

Supplying chemical emulsion in sealed containers including delivery as specified - Chlorpyriphos/ Lindane emulsifiable concentrate of 20% Qty of lindane required @ 7.5 litre /sqm with 1 % concentration

Diluting and injecting chemical emulsion for POST- CONSTRUCTIONAL anti-termite treatment (excluding the cost of chemical emulsion) Along external wall where the apron is not provided using chemical emulsion @ 7.5 litres / sqm of the vertical surface of the substructure to a depth of 300mm including excavation channel along the wall & rodding etc. complete: With Chlorpyriphos/ Lindane E.C. 20% with 1% concentration

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) for foundations

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering for flooring

Providing and laying in position M20 grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level - foundation and basement

Reinforced cement concrete work M20 in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with M20 grade

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form fo Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Stairs(excluding landings)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto and above plinth level using Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more

Providing and constructing solid concrete block masonry in cement mortar 1:6 using precast blocks of size 30x20x15 or nearest available size with minimum crushing strength of 35 kg/sq. cm raking out joints, scaffolding, curing etc. complete with all leads and lifts for ground floor as per approved drawings and as instructed by the engineer.

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour sliding glazed window upto 1.50 m in height dimension comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame with in-built roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming.

Plastering in cement mortar 1:6, 12mm thick as per standard technical specifications using contractor's own materials, scaffolding & curing for exposed faces of masonry or concrete as directed by the engineer.

Plastering in cement mortar 1:4, 20 mm thick with water proofing compound using contractor's own materials, scaffolding & curing on terrace, sun shade and other part of the building coming to direct contact with rain water as directed by the engineer.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate,including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. 12 mm sq rod grill @15 kg/sqm

52 mm thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardener topping, under layer 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and top layer 12 mm thick cement hardener consisting of mix 1:2 (1 cement hardener mix : 2 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size) by volume, hardening compound mixed @ 2 litre per 50 kg of cement or as per manufacturer's specifications. This includes cost of cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.

Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make, made of required size M.S. laths, interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks, mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete, including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs manufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength conforming to IS: 4454 - part 1 and M.S. top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters - 80x1.20 mm M.S. laths with 1.20 mm thick top cover

Steel work welded in built up sections / framed work, including cutting,hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required for staircase railings

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer’s specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete.
