Dismantling/ removing of old sheets: Dismantling/removing of old AC/ GI/ Al/FRP sheets including ridge, valley gutter etc and stacking properly the serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials to designated areas (scrap yard)all complete for all elevation as per the specifications and directions of the Manager-in-charge.

P/F Precoated galvanized iron sheets: Providing and fixing precoated galvanized iron profile sheets (trough sheet of size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by M-I-C) of TATA Bluescope Durashine or equivalent including Ridges plain (upto 600mm)/ Flashings/ Aprons (Upto 600 mm)/ Barge board (Upto 300 mm) etc, 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 MPa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by M-I-C. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping steel screws of Hilti make of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, all complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape, sealing of openings/ holes wherever required for all elevation as per specifications and directions of Manager-in-charge.

Providing and applying Epoxy coating: Providing and applying self priming surface tolerant Epoxy coating (two or more coats) Rust-O-Cap MIO of Asian paints or equivalent product of Berger/ Dulux make of any approved shade, prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications on steel structure including necessary surface preparation like water washing, solvent cleaning (if required), power tooling/ hand tooling to clean the surface from loose dust, dirt, pill out paint, rust or any other foreign materials including the cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding etc. & removal of the scaffolding after the painting is over all complete at all elevation as per specifications and directions of M-I-C.

Fabrication of steel structures: Fabrication of miscellaneous steel structure made out of M.S. joist, angles, channels, flats, plates rods, chequred plate, pipes rails etc. including the cost of all transportation, Labour, consumables, tools, including cleaning the surface and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer (red oxide zinc chromate) etc all complete at any elevation as per the specifications and direction of the Manager-in-charge.( Note: Structural Steel shall be provided by NALCO as free issue materials).

Erection of steel structures: Erection of miscellaneous steel structure made out of M.S.joist, angles, channels, flats, plates rods, chequred plate, pipes rails etc. including the cost of welding, bolting, consumables, Labour, tools, hoisting arrangement, transportation, cutting grooves/ holes for proper alignment and making joints with old structure etc. at any elevation all complete as per the specifications and direction of the Manager-in-charge.

Dismantling of steel structure: Dismantling of steel structure made of single or any built up section with joist angles, flats, rods, plates, chequred plate etc. by necessary gas cutting/chiseling, hammering, cutting groove, making holes if necessary by chipping, stacking properly the serviceable materials for reuse and disposal of unserviceable materials to designated areas (scrap yard) all complete for all elevation as per the specifications and directions of the Manager-in-charge.
