Taking down defective ceiling fan/Exh fan/wall mounted fan/Air circulator at work site and carry out minor repairs like loose connection ,greasing/ oiling to arrest noise,cleaning etc and replacing spare parts lke capacitors. rubber bush/holding clamps/rubber reel/split pin/Flexible wire etc, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BoQ.

Taking down defective AC Ceiling fan of any size / any make and dismantling completly and washing bush/ bearing thoroughly with kerosene oil, washing and cleaning of fan blades, body parts etc and replacing worn out/defective parts (whenever necessary), re-assembling the same after greasing including provision of twin core flexible wire minimum 1.00 mtr length and re-hanging the same in position including satisfactory test run ,complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BoQ.

Materials and Labour for rewinding (starting) coil for ceiling fanof (1200/1400) mm sweep 230 gms (new model) including all associated materials such as super cotton tape/ film paper dry insulation varnish, tap, insulation etc and heating, varnishing and testing coplete incl removing removing of burnt winding, complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and Labour for rewinding (starting) coil for ceiling fanof (1200/1400) mm sweep with super enameled copper wire of existing guage (minimum weight of copper wire shall be 400 gms (old model) including all associated materials such as super cotton tape/ film paper dry insulation varnish, tap, insulation etc and heating, varnishing and testing coplete incl removing removing of burnt winding, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Capacitor 220 volts (2.5/3.15) MFD suitable for ceiling fan, complete all as specified and as directed. MAKE: ASIAN/SARADA/UNIVERSAL

Supply only Split pin for holding down rod of ceiling fan/exhaust fan/pedestal fan of approved make, complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix 2.5mm thick factory made brass coated steel clamps with two nut, bolt and spring washers (with safety pin) with rubber bush and earthing screw for hanging ceiling fan of any size, complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and Labour for flexible multi straded copper wire twin twisted two core of size 0.75mm complete all as specified and as directed. Make : RR Cable/Finolex/Polycab

Materials and labour for one coat of spray painting with DUCO spray paint, super glossy to fan body including blades, down rod/frame canopy etc. after removing of loose paint, rust dust and oily particle by washing and making surface suitable including writing of fan number etc. in black paint for ceiling fan of any size, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs Stepped type 2 moudle electronic fan regulator, AC 50 HZ, 230V, 100Watts, minimum 4 steps (ISI Marked), complete all as specified and as directed. (Make : ANCHOR (PENTA), PLAZA/MARU/HAVELLS)

Supply and fix in repairs fan regulator Modular type 120W, 2 Modules, 230 volts,complete all as specified and as directed. (Make : ANCHOR (ROMA), Philips/Legrand/Crabtree)

Taking down defective geysers any type any capacity at work site and carry out minor repairs likedefective current supply, air lock, water leakage etc. and replacing spare parts heating element, thermostats, plug top, wire, NRV,inlet and outlet pipe etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately item of BOQ.

Dismantling of geyser assembly of any make and type of 25/50 ltrs capacity and re-fixing the same at existing position after necessary repairs & testing, complete all as specified and directed Note : Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately item of BOQ.

Descaling of inner tank of geyser completely, any type and capacity, washing of inner tank with bleaching solution etc, including opening of bottom cover, complete all as specified and as directed.

Repair to leakage of copper tank of 25 Ltrs capacity of any make and type by soldering/brazing to make leak proof including testing, complete all as specified and as directed.

Repair to leakage of Stainless steel tank of 25 Ltrs capacity of any make and type by soldering/brazing to make leak proof including testing, complete all as specified and as directed.
