M&L preparation of old plastered/unplastered wall surface including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying one coat of white washing, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of old painted steel surfaces of doors/windows/railings/CGI sheet over roof or any description not otherwise described over 10 cms width or girth including preparation of surface and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint,(with using roller brush, spray machine etc., as per requirement of site) complete all as specified and directed. Note:- 25% of material shall be deposited in MES store at every qtrs before commencement of works and shall be issued to contractor as per requirement.

M&L preparing wood surface for varnishing incl cleaning and stoping and applying one coat of liquid transparent wood filler and finishing with a varnish coat complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing surface of tiles for varnishing incl cleaning and stoping and applying one coat of varnish coat complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of old/new wall surface by removing existing treatment by scrapping, brushing etc including making surface clean, dry and free from any loose paint film, dirt, chalk, grease, fungus and algae and filling holes, dents, cracks with mixture of white cement and applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster incl tiles of any description on brick or stone or cement concrete walls,ceilings including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces, as on external surface of chajja, parapet, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces, as on internal surface, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces as in ceiling surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new plastered surface and applying two coats of cement base paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of newly plastered wall surface and applying two coats of oil bound distemper on newly plastered surface incl 2mm thick wall care putty, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new plastered ceiling surface and applying two coats of white wash, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 10mm thick on concrete surface in CM 1:3 in facia or edging of chajjas, ceiling and roof projection etc. incl taking out pealed off plaster/concrete and making good to cracked RCC surface in true line/shape by providing PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate including all necessary form work to thickness as required at ground floor and first floor etc., finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: The rate will be inclusive of scafolding for single or double storey including making hole in brick work and making good in cement mortar.

M&L writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) not exceeding 30cm high on walls complete all as specified and directed including obliterating old writing or any description with paint to match existing work.
