Renovation/strengthening of C.I sluice Gates (1150x 1150 mm) Installed at Inlet and Sump well of Effluent Pump house Okhla by carrying out following works Dismantling the worn out parts of sluice gate by cutting out the rusted fasteners with the help of gas cutter and required tools & tackles, man power etc.
Safety arrangement at site like safety belt, gum boots, gloves, oxygen breathing apparatus, mask, protective body suits, etc as required at pump house of Delhi Jal board to work on sump well or as per site requirement
Cleaning of 70mm dia. And spindle by the chemical and i/c replacing of CI flang thinner etc as per requirement for smooth operation of gate
Cleaning of C.I sluice flap by the abrasive paper, grinder and chemical and etc as per site requirement
Providing of brass strip fitting at both sides of the main gate with proper fasteners after cleaning and grinding the surface of wall thimble.
Overhauling of Head stock assembly i/c Providing of new set of Bronze gear, Thrust bearings & etc as per site requirement.
Providing of M.S Channel 200X 70 mm for holding of head stock assembly & wheel approx 12 meter & M.s Plate 10mm thick for supporting the said sluice gate approx 0.5 meter2
Civil work required at site for fixing of MS Channel i/c cost of concrete , sand cement and labour charge/tools and tackles as per requirement at site etc
Fixing of M.S Channel and M.s Plate of inside in effluent channel with the help of gas cutter and welding machine with the help of heavy labour/machinery as required at site
Fabrication/Supply G.M. Nut of spindle i/c casting, machining, threading etc. as per spindle size
Fixing of spindle, Nut head stock assembly, gears, wheel and etc with tools & tackles as required at site.
Painting the gate with minimum two coat black anti corrosive paint after proper cleaning etc or as per satisfaction of engineer Incharge.
Testing/ Commissioning the gate on full flow of effluent water and complete closing etc as required at site
