Construction of apron 40 mm thick P.C.C. 1:2:4 over 75 mm thick base concrete 1:4:8 around clear water sumps, pump houses and staff quarters located at different sites.

20 mm thick plaster in 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) in patches at various places such as Pump houses & staff quarters etc.

20 mm thick plaster in 1:3 mortor (1 cement : 3 part of coarse sand with floating coat of neat cement) over roof slab including removing old plaster.

Supply of all materials labour, T&P etc. complete and construction of 30 cm x 40 cm size drain for extension and reconstruction of damaged drainage system of pump houses at treatment site.

Distempering with acrylic washable distemper ready made aprooved brand of required shade and colour on old surface in 2 coats

Finishing walls with waterproofing cement paint in required shade, two coats on old work.

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade, two coats on old surface.

Painting with synthetic enamel of approved brand and manufacturer of required shade on old steel surfaces in two coats.

Removal and disposal of malwa on upstream side of the existing B.F.G. including supply and filling of graded pebbles, pitching new boulders, repairing of perforated pipes and BFG including raising height of cross wall for increasing water level as per direction of Engineer Incharge.

Providing and laying of boulder apron laid in wire crates made with 4 mm dia. GI wire conforming to IS 280 & IS 4826 in 100 mm x 100 mm mesh (weaved diagonally) including 10% extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulders weighing not less than 40 kg each towards downstream of BFG.

Provision of 2.7 m high Boundary Wall in brick masonry including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete as per type design.

Provision of Barbed Wire Fencing 1.8 m high through angle iron posts of size 50 x 50 x 6 mm, 2.5 m apart, fixing straightning G.I. barbed wire in 5 row horizontal and 2 nos rows diagonally.

Provision of Barbed Wire Fencing through already fixed angle iron posts on boundary wall at different pumping stations.

Dry stone pitching / soling 22.5 cm thick laid in coarse and required profile with hammer dressed stone including preparing bedding surface.

Cement concrete with 20 mm gauge stone ballast, local sand and cement in proportion of 4:2:1 in foundation including supply of all materials, labour, T & P etc. complete for the construction of C.C. road.

R.C.C work with cement, coarse sand and 10 to 20 mm gauge gravel in proportion 1:1.5:3 excluding supply of reinforcement and its fixing and binding but including necessary centering & shuttering including supply of all materials, labour, T & P etc. complete

Mild Steel reinforcement in plain work such as R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete

M.S. work in heavy size such as build up gates, doors, frames etc wrought to required form including drilling of holes revanting of welding where necessary and also including supply of steel bolts, nuts etc. and their fixing required for proper completion of work

Ist Class Brick masonary (1:6) up to plinth level including supply of all materials, labour, T & P etc. Complete

Providing and fixing MS windows, doors shutters 1 mm thick M.S. sheet with frame of 40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm angle iron and 3 mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners including all necessary fittings complete including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using flats 30 mm x 6 mm for diagonal braces and central cross piece @ 0.57 qtl /sqm.

Earth work in excavation by manual means in foundation trenches or drain (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of side and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m including getting out the excavation soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

P.C.C. 1:4:8 with 40 mm gauge stone ballast including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete.

Random Rubble Stone Masonry in 1:6 cement and sand mortar including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete.

Random Rubble Masonary laid dry in breast wall, retaining wall, parapets,scupper etc. including supply of all materials, labour, T&P & royality etc. required for proper completion of work.
