Material & Labour for machine cut Kota stone slab flooring, treads of step,20-25 mm thick laid over and including 15mm thick bedding layer in CM 1:6 jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including grinding, rubbing and polishing (granite finish) and exposed edges of kota stone shall be rounded complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for machine cut Kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick as in vertical surfaces such as risers of steps, skirting, dado etc laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including grinding, rubbing and polishing (granite finish)complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of brick tiles single layers on roof, jointed and grouted / pointed in cement mortar including cleaning serviceable tiles and stacking properly for re-use, disposal of unserviceable tiles and debris /rubbish from site complete all as specified.
