Supply and Transportation of Outer dia 63mm and Inner dia 51mm double walled corrugated HDPE duct made as per specification BSEN - 500 86/IS 14930 Part-II. Makes:DURA LINE (Dura Guard)/Precision/CPE or any ISI approved make having ISI mark.

Earth work excavationin all soils excepts sand or loose soil, SDR etc., for pipe line for drainage and water supply and electrical where the depth is 11/2 times or more than width and depositing the excavated earth with in a lead of 10 metres.

Cutting open Cement concrete road surface with concrete saw cutter and removal with Breaker.

Cement Concrete using 20mm (0.54cu.m) and 12mm (0.36cu.m) nominal size hard broken granite crushed metal from any source conforming to the relevant ISI standards for foundations etc., laidin layers o not more than 15cm thick well compacted including curing,, machine mixing, costand conveyance of all materials etc., complete. Only Laying of U.G cables upto 50 Sq.mm and back filling of trench including labour charges etc., complete.

Providing of Independent Chemical Earthing after excavating an earth pit of size1.5 m X 0.9 m X 2.05 m(Top 1.50 m X 0.90 m X 0.9m & bottom 1.20 m X 0.90 m X 1.15 m) with the following specification: (a) The Earth Electrodes, 40mm dia, wall thickness 3.25 mm, terminal Size 25x8 mm, terminal hole dia 12 mm, 2 meter long, galvanized, including 1 bag (25Kg to a bag) of Earth Life Compound, as per IS 3043, Base Metal: IS marked branded mild steel pipes. Makes: Potential / Shake Hands / Mars / Tirumala / Arshlok earthing. b) The Earth Electrode shall be inserted into the ground for 1.75 Mtrs. Below the inspection chamber bottom 300mm all around this Earth Electrode shall be covered with 25 Kgs. Of Earth Life Compound (c) The excavated gap shall be back filled with excavated earth, and shall be properly consolidated with water.

(d) The top 0.25 m of Earth pipe shall be exposed into inspection chamber of Hume pipe . The all around inspection chamber shall be providied with 18" dia hume pipe. Earth connections shall be given to the Earth Elecrods with bolts, nuts & washers. (e) A 65 mm dia PVC conduit is to be embeded through hume pipe at one side, to lay the Earth from the Earth bus to the Electrode through the PVC conduit and after laying the Earth, the pit entry PVC conduit is to be sealed with Bitumen compound. (f) Necessary Meggar testing is to be done in the presence of the concerned Engineers, and the reading should be as per IE standards.

Supply and run of 25mm X 6mm G.I Strip for earth electrode to required places buried in ground at not less than 0.5 mtrs below the ground level after excavation of trench and filling with 6" sand all around the earth strip and refilling etc., and giving necessary connections with 3/8" x 2" G.I Bolts, Nuts and Washers wherever joints has to be done. The strip has to be either riveted (or) bolted (or) gas welding neatly and all labour charges etc., complete.

Design, fabrication, supply and errection of Distribution panel board made with 14 SWG CRCA sheet. The size of panel should be 1300mm x 900mm x 400mm and should be provide front door with locking arangements and rain shed with a measurments of 1100 mm x 600 mm. The entire box should be mounted on base ISMS MS Angle size 50x50x6mm with a stand legs at 4 corners at a length of 600mm using of 50x50x6mm MS angle with necessary welding two coats of enamel block paint over one coat of red oxide. The piller box should be fixed in ground with cement concrete using 20mm (1:3:6) of size of 0.5 (L) x 0.3 (W) x 0.5 (H) and fixing firmly as directed execution.

The following switch gears, bus bars etc. should be supply and fixing in the panel firmly, and the panel with necessary individual doors to bus bars/Outgoing Cable, MCCB Chamber, Incoming Cable Chamber etc. and should be accomidate in the box with necessary holes provided to the bottom sheet of the box for incomming/ out going cables. All the doors shall be provided with rubber beading and door knobs.
