Cement plaster skirting up to 30 cm height, with cement mortar 1:3 (1cement : 3 coarse sand), finished with a floating coat of neat cement. 18 mm thick

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trussesand framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curvedsurface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steelprimer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheetscomplete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.0.80 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m²

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.
