Providing Independent Third-Party Quality Audit (ITPQA) Services for ‘Construction of additional Quarters for Staff / Officers of RBI at Char Imli, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh - 462016, including demolition of the distressed D type blocks’, taken up on ‘Deposit Work’ basis through the Central Public Works Department (CPWD) as Project Management Consultant, from the date of commencement of the project / work at site by the contractor to the date of completion of the project / work and handing over the project to the Bank (the Client) for its intended use / submission of the Final Inspection / Audit Report by the Independent Third-Party Quality Audit (ITPQA) and acceptance of the same by the Bank (the Client). [Estimated period for completion of the project / work is 24 months. This period may vary as per actual date of completion and handing over of the project / work for its intended use to the Bank (the Client) by the contractor and no extra payment shall be considered for delay in completion of project / work by the contractor].
