Fabricating, supplying, conveying, lifting and erecting double arm tubular post of overall height of 7m using 6m 80mm and two numbers of 1.5 meter length 50mm Heavy G.I. Pipe having ISI mark with suitable mounting pipe for fixing led fittings with socket diameter 32-40 mm as per the drawing and of approved quality as per the drawing, erected on a RCC 1:2:4 foundation in 4 Nos well steining of 0.25m depth , 0.6 m diameter and muffing of 0.45x0.45m with height 0.60 m above ground level. The post shall be erected on 4 numbers of 20mm dia GI foundation bolts of length 2.00 m having 100mm long standard thread with a 12mm thick GI flange suitable for 80mm C class pipe at the bottom of the post and 20mm thick MS flange on the muffing with 4 nos of 20mm bolt holes and 3Nos of 20mm nuts per bolt. The bottom of the post shall be provided with suitable size stiffner pieces.The post is to be painted with two coats of best quality industrial epoxy paint over two coats of industrial epoxy primer . Muffing to be plastered using cement mortar 1:4, 12mm thick colour washing 2 coats using approved colour etc. complete.All GI pipe sections to be used for the fabrication of the post shall be of TATA/ZENITH/APOLLO make with ISI mark.All steel items shall be hot dip galvanised.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : Providing and fixing tie bolt, spring coil and plastic cone in wall shuttering complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) for pile cap and plinth beam concrete.

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer’s specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete.

Excavation for cable trenches of depth upto 1.2 m in soft soil including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 metres.
