Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) all complete.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for:Foundations, footings, bases for columns

Providing and Fixing of 75mm PVC pipes for weep holes including cutting upto required size including all carriages complete.

Supply & filling of stone boulders or river bed material duly hand packing back filling including ramming, compacting, all inclusive leads, lifts, loading, un-loading, cost and carriage of materials from approved source to site of work complete.

Supply, stacking and laying of GSB Naturally occurring gravel close graded maximum aggregate size range 75mm granular sub base course including sorting, spreading to template, watering and consolidation to required gradient and camber with 80-100KN road roller all inclusive leads, lifts, loading, unloading carriage of materials from approved source to site of work complete. Finished work to be measured.
