Surface preparation:-Surface should be so prepared that it must be structurally sound, dry, solid and stable. The substrate should be clean and free of dust, dirt, oil, grease, wax, soap, paint, concrete curing compounds, loosely bonded toppings, old adhesive residues and any other substances that may prevent or reduce the adhesion of the product. Mechanically abrade and clean the substrate to completely remove the dust and other contaminants. Chemical removal methods are not recommended.

Application of Floor levelling compound at 4 mm thickness:- Providing and applying a polymer modified cement base floor levelling compound like Fosroc Cemtop HD or equivalent product on the prepared surface at a minimum thickness of 4 mm after proper surface preparation and primed the surface with Nitoprime 33 or equivalent product. Application should be carried out as per manufacturer specification or as instructed by the engineer in charge.

Application of a cementitious heavy duty cementitious polyurethane floor topping:- Providing and applying a flow applied heavy duty cementitious floor topping system which give highest order of durability to resist abrasion, chemical attack and other physical aggregation at a minimum thickness of 4 mm as per the manufacturer specification and as instructed by the engineer in charge.

Supply and application of Nitoflor SL 1000 or equivalent, over the prepared surface after mixing mechanically the two components using heavy duty drilling machine until achieving a homogeneous mix, and spread on the prepared area using serrated trowel for a thickness of 1mm. Spike roller shall be rolled over to remove the entrapped air. Application should be carried out as per manufacturer specification or as instructed by the engineer in charge

Supply and laying of concrete of grade M20 (nominal mix) as fire proofing material with 10mm and down size graded stone aggregates around structural steel members (viz beams, columns, bracings etc.) complete with supply and welding of M 5 nuts cleaning the steel surface, applying primer paint compatible with the already applied primer to the nuts and effected surfaces of the members due to welding , supplying, placing and fixing in position welded wire fabric reinforcement 3 mm dia 50x50 mesh conforming to IS:1566, and tying the reinforcement to the nuts with 16 SWG tying wire, including cutting, straightening , cleaning, bending vibrating, lamping, curing or providing a layer of approved membrane of compound, rendering with cement sand morlar(1:3) wherever required to achieve a smooth and even surface, providing chamfering at corners, supplying and laying of 10mm thick bituminous mastic flashing conforming to IS:3037 for protection of top edges, painting the surfaces with 2 coats of microporous exterior top coat, including the cost of all labour , materials, shuttring, staging, scaffolding for all shapes and positions at all heights above pavement etc. All complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. (All materials including cement to be supplied by the contractor)

Supply and laying of vermiculite cementitious concrete coating as fire proofing material on all equipment/ vessel skirts, saddles and supports, including carrying out the design for the coating thickness and getting the same reviewed by the owner, supplying, placing and fixing in position welded wire fabric reinforcement of 3 mm dia 50x50 mesh conforming to IS:1566 and tying the reinforcement with the are welded nuts by 16 SWG tying wire, including straightening., sulting, bending of the reinforcement, cleaning the steel surfaces, vibrating. tamping, curring or providing a layer of approved membrane of curing compound, rendering to achieve a smooth and even surface, supplying and laying of 10mm thick bituminous mastic flashing conforming to IS:3037 for protection of top edges, painting the surfaces with a coat of microporous exterior top coat, including the cost of all labour, materials, shuttering, staging, scaffolding for all shapes and positions etc. All complete as per specifications and directions of engineer-in-Charge. (ALL MATERIALS SHALL BE SUPPLIED BY THE CONTRACTOR)

Supplying, placing and fixing in position welded wire fabric reinforcement 3 mm dia 50x50 mesh conforming to IS:1566 and tying the reinforcement to the nuts with 16SWG tying wire, including straightening, cleaning, curing, bending, applying the self primer paint after cleaning of steel members, vibrating, tamping, curing or providing a layer of approved membrane of curing compound, rendering wherever required to achive a smooth and even surface, providing chamfering at corners, supplying and laying of 10mm thick bituminous mastic flashing cionforming to IS:3037 for protection of top edges; painting the surfaces with 2 coats of micrporous exterior top coat including the cost of all labour, materials, shuttering, staging, scaffolding for all shapes and positions at all heights above pavement etc, all complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.( ALL MATERIALS SDHALL BE SUPPLIED BY THE CONTRACTOR)

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron ‘Y’ shaped placed 2.4m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre (cost of M.S. angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately)

Supply and installation of Stainless Steel (Grade- SS 304) Letters on wall surfaces for Building naming

Estimated cost of APWD(2013-2014) schedule of rates for building,roads and sanitation is Rs.2,25,00,000.00. Any item covered under the APWD(2013-2014) shall be carried out by the contractor as per rates of APWD(2013-2014), as per requirement and as directed by EIC (Engineer Incharge)

Facility Management charges including service charges, Profit etc.on estimated cost of Rs.2,25,00,000.00 of APWD(2013-2014) schedule
