Excavation for road way in soil using manual means for carrying of cut earth to embankment site with a lift upto 1.5m and lead upto 50m as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3 (Manual should be use where machines can not be deployed due to site condition)

Granular Sub Base with well Graded material. Table:- 400.1):- Construction of Granular Sub Base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401. (ii) Grading II material.

Water Bound Macadam:- Providing, laying spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming, crushable screening to fillup the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. Grading II as per Technical Specification Clause 405 A. By manual means. Using crushable screening such as moorum gravel for Gr.-III

Inter locking concrete Block pavement:- Providing and laying interlocking concrete block pavement having thickness 80mm as per Technical Specification Clause 1504 complete including carriage (a) Including of edge block/edge restraint and carriage.

Providing and fixing of semi reflective cautionery, mandatory and informatory sign board as per IRC made of 1.5mm thick MS sheet duly stove white colour in front and gray colour on back with red reflective border of 65mm width and required letters and figures with reflective tape engineering grade as per Clause 1701.3.9 of MORD for Rural Roads of required shade and colour supported and welded on 47mm x 47mm x 12 SWG sheet tube firmly fixed to the ground by mean of propereltty designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 450 x 450 x 600mm, 600 mm below ground level as per approved drawing Cluse 1701.2.2 (i) 900mm equilateral triangle

(ii) 600mm x 600mm square

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @250gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads asper IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes and conforming to the MoSrt&H specifications.
