Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide for laying of cables, erection of poles,struts, stays etc and getting out all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling,watering and well ramming excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each , filling back in trenches after cables have been laid and tested, poles,stays,struts hane been erected and tested complete all as specified.

Removal of excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified.

M&L for clean dry sand laid in trenches/ducts for bedding and cushioning to cable, including spreading and levelling complete all as speccified.

M&L for laying in trenches burnt brick sub class 'B' for cable protection laid adjacent to each other length wise perpendicular to the central axis of cable complete all as specified.

Dismantling U/S any size of cross arms from pole /structures and fencing post,struts etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for work confirming to Fe-410-O or Fe-310-O as in cross arms, support, bracings, stiffeners, clamps channels fabricated from structural steel including nuts, bolts and washers welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size all as directed including two coats of aluminium paint over a coating of red oxide primer all as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Material and labour for boring hole under road/pavement/hardstanding by trenchless technology using ultrasound technique & necessary machine for inserting DWC HDPE of pipe 150 mm size dia. DWC HDPE to be included in the quoted rate complete all as speciofied and directed.

Supply & laying of UG cable XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade cross section area 400 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches/ fixing on panels/walls/poles or passing through pipe including connecting with suitable lugs, glands, nuts and bolts etc including taking out of exisitng unserviceable cable of any size and description including removing/takingout damaged XLPE cable complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavtion and earthwork will be measured and paid separtley

(Note: GI strip & GI pipe beyond 7.5Mtr length from earth electrode shall be measured and paid separately).

Material and labour in replacement for earthing complete with copper earth plate 600x600x3mm thick electrode and 32x6 mm copper strip as earthing lead buried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground connected to copper strip earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check , nuts and washers of copper all as shown on electrical plate no. 3 including 40 mm dia medium grade GI protection pipe, 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe, funnel, wire mesh , charcoal dust, PCC pit and 50mm thick RCC cover, earth work in any type of soil connected to earthing test point complete all as specified and as directed.(Note : Copper strip & GI pipe 40mm dia beyond 7.5mtr length from earth plate shall be measured & paid separately under respective item)

M&L for fixing GI funnel complete with wire mesh for earthing water pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for earth pit cover of size 450x450x50mm thick of RCC M-15 (Nominal mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate with MS TMT reinforcement bar of 8mm dia @ 150mm centre to centre both ways, MS handle 10mm dia made to shape complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for painting for sheet metal enclosure of LT panels/Installation boards of size 1.5 mtr x 1.5 MtrX 0.6 Mtr with two coats of synthetic enamel paint as directed colour after scraping of old paint & preparation of surface and applying a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note:- Shifting and again erecting of pole to be included in quoted rate. Shifting distance not more than 3 KM.

Supply only Insulation resistance tester 5KV with complete accessories with packing box for measuring the resistance within wires and to identify current leakge or damaged insulation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor of Size 6 Sqmm 3 core with cable thimble/Lux made of copper in surface /recessed as required for bollards/Lt panels etc with necessary connections including PVC conduite 25 mm Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair Automatic transformer switch (ATS), 4 pole 415 Volts with inbuilt time delay with enclosure of rating 400 Amps confirming IEC-60947-6-1 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Warm white/Co LED street/security light fitting of 150 Watt complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for inspecting/testing of sub station electrical equipments transformers, LT panel, PF panels with experienced/authorised technicians for follwing works by taking proper shut down:- (a) Material and labour for tightening/ replacement of damaged washers, nut and bolts of transformers and LT panel electric connections with decarbonizing with suitable chemicals. (b) Fabrication of LT panels for broken hinges and minor repairs by welding should be rectified. (c) LT panel Shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint matching with the existing color. (d) Marking on LT panels shall be done as per sources of power supply and outgoing area by 10 cm paint for better identification of power supply. (e) Decarbonizing of LT panel board by removing the carbon deposited inside the panel, cleaning the panel with cotton waste, applying one coat of bectol red solution and charging the LT panel post completeion of decarbonizing of LT panel (f) Complete checking of out going electric loads in amps of three phase three times i.e. Morning , afternoon and evening to know the load details and balancing the power supply in each phase accordingly and complete record of the same to be submitted to the department. (g) A complete pen picture/status of sub staion to be submitted after completion of work like work required for Floor, walls, plinth of transformer, internal wiring, other connected works etc. Note :- (i) Cost for nuts, washers, bolts, Cotton waste, Paint , hinges, bectol solution and excavtion for loop cable for expanding cable for proper connection will not be paid. Contractor to be included all cost in quoted rate. (ii) One sub station consists of three LT panels, two transformers.

Supply,install,testing and commissioning in replacement of CPRI approved factory made LT Panel/feeder piller box outdoor KIOSK type with double doors provided with locking arrangements dust, vermin and water proof made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet duly compartmentalized inside panel with 2mm thick CRCA sheet powder coated with back door detachable fixed with nuts, bolts and washers and front doors openable type fitted with hinges and knobs/locks. Panel is to be placed on angle (size 50x50x6mm) frame duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer to the portion visible to eye supported on 04 legs 750mm long each duly 450 mm grouted in PCC blocks of type 1:2:4 type B-1and 300mm above ground level for entry of cables suitable for 3-phase, 4-wire, 50Hz,415 volts,with and including necessary incoming and out going cable connection with proper size aluminium lugs, nut bolts etc including the folowing complete all as specified and as directed:-

(a) MCCB 400 Amp,4P, 36KA, Adjustable & fixed magnetic setting type (I/C) - 01 Nos (b) MCCB ,250 Amp,16KA, 4Pole,Adjustable & fixed magnetic setting type (O/G 01Nos) (c) MCCB ,100 Amp,16KA, 4Pole,Adjustable & fixed magnetic setting type (O/G 02Nos) (d) Digital universal meter with LED display for 3-ph Amp, Volt, Frequency P.F with auto/manual page scrolling facility. Make: AE (f) Aluminium strip bus bars with heat shrinkable type colour code PVC insulation sleeves 600 Amps capacity TPN mounted on epoxy insulators - 01 Set (g) LED type AC 220V Phase Indicators RYB, Make : C&S/Schnieder/BCH - 01 Set (h) Earthing terminals and cable glands for incoming & outgoing cables. (j) Internal wiring of panel board with copper cable single core of sutable size and incl 03 Nos bakelite control fuses. (k) Danger notice plate for LT with conventional skull and bones duly rivetted/pasted to the panel board door.

Labour for cutting / Pruning / trimming of tree branches in vicinity of LT electric pole for clear vision of street light lighting on road including disposal of the trimmed branches by dumping in low lying area complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Labour / Tools / Ladder / Vehicle for Cutting / Pruning / trimming of tree branches shall be provided by contractor and rate for the same are included in the quoted rate of item.

Material and labour for drawing a circle of 200 mm dia and 25 mm width and writing the number inside the circle on LT Electric Pole approximatley 12 letters/alphabets/numbers. The nomenclature and colour of the paint will be given by the department.

Material and labour for stainless steel sections, sheet as in pillar/post/sides/backings, Railings etx for signages information/cautionary signs or as in railing etc incl excavation & embedding in concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (45x45x60cm) and screwing etc cutting top to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching, welding etc of pole height 1.5 mtr (dia 75mm and 3mm thick) and above frame 3x4 ft (hollow pipe of square/rectangle shape 75x50mm and 3mm thick) incl reflective type fixed to stainless steel frame work incl writing/fixing letters or figures (Block, roman, italic, indian) or approximate size 100mm high and 20mm high and 20mm width with high intensity prismatic reflective type ASTM type IV sheet including all necessary screw and nut & bolts, moulding, drilling and welding for eletrical sub stations located in 3 BRD AF Stn complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- Amount of credit of Rs.55189.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
