Upkeeping Guest House & Comminity hall at AAI, Trichy Residential Colony, Trichy Airport on all days including holidays, carrying out day to day cleaning of rooms including common areas, parking, comminity hall,toilets etc and providing uniform,Stationary materials required in the Special conditions of contract of Tender document and as per the instruction of EIC from time to time.
Providing material as per Annexure-1 for upkeeping the guest house as per special conditions of contract.
Providing of complementary kit for Guest house rooms as and when required and as per special conditions of contract. (As per annexure II) a) Single Occupation
Providing of good quality materials once in a year in each room etc. as and when required and as per special conditions of contract. (As per annuxure III)
Dry cleaning of following materials as and when required. 1) BedSheets
2) Towels
3) Pillow Covers
4) Curtain cloth of windows
Pay back for old items such as news paper, magazines and replaced old items in Item No. 4 etc. as required
