REPAIR TO CERTAIN ROADS, BERMS, PATH AND ROAD FURNITURE AT DHARAMSHALA MIL STATION UNDER GE PALAMPUR.

Repair to potholes any depth, not exceeding 1 sqm each, including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, cutting around edges to at least 25 mm depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder @ 9.80 kg per 10 sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.30 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings), depth of potholes exceeding 30 mm.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exceeding 400 sqm and depth exceeding 50 mm but not exceeding 100 mm, complete as specified.

M&L for preparing un-surfaced WBM surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dust etc., applying evenly a primer/tack coat of Grade 10 (VG-10) paving bituminous primer @ 10 kg/10 sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam, laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 50 mm) including binder content of paving bitumen (VG-10) for any penetration as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of existing/new black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with broom and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with power sweeper or compressor to remove all loose dirt etc., applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (VG-10) using paving bitumen at 5 kg per 10 sqm and laying bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 40 mm thick consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix using paving bitumen of Grade 10 (VG-10), rolled and compacted, mixed in mechanical hot mixed plant and pre-mixed material laid with mechanical paver, finished including rolling to required gradient and camber with 8 to 10 tonne power roller to required compaction, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100 mm × 100 mm × 20 mm with PAMA strip lens reflector of Model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and including MS stud of suitable size as per manufacturer's instructions.

Supply and fixing in repair solar cat eye aluminium alloy shell (100% waterproofing design according to IP-65) of size 125 mm × 125 mm × 25 mm (shank 65 mm) with high efficiency mono crystalline solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt, one Ni-Cd rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600 mA), consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 MCD complete as per manufacturer's instructions, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair metal tubular delineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos. 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height, duly powder coated and thermoplastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflective radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti-theft steel net for reflector protection, including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150 × 150 × 300 mm) Type B1, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair speed bump of size 335 mm × 450 mm × 75 mm in yellow and black colour made from sturdy plastic material, back filling with PCC 1:2:4, including two highly reflective reflectors moulded in PAMA material welded with base plate through ultrasonic welding process, including necessary fixing metallic bolts with approved epoxy/chemical adhesive including drilling holes, complete all as directed. Make: Model DA 1004 of Dark Eye or equivalent model of M/s Sun Traders / M/s Tata Solar BP / M/s Sun Eyes.

S&F in repair road safety polycarbonate convex mirror 80 cm dia encased in ABS materials, orange colour for outdoor installation including 3.0 m long and 75 mm dia MS pipe as stand, fixed to ABS frame with proper fixing arrangement (stand painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer), fixed on ground in PCC block of size 45 cm × 45 cm × 50 cm of PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) and including necessary excavation, earthwork and removal of soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Model/Make: 3M / 7M / Dark Eye or equivalent as approved by GE.
