Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of un-serviceable materials within all leads as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge in cement mortar , including all leads, lifts, carriage of materials & to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows ( steel of wood ) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within all leads & lifts of area in Square metres and below, including all leads, lifts, carriage of materials & to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of un-serviceable materials within all leads as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge in cement mortar , including all leads, lifts, carriage of materials & to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in- Charge.

Excavation in earth work in hilly area all heights & depths, in all kind of soil by manual/ mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, soft rock, hard rock chiselling, wedging out of rock ( where blasting is prohibited ) and then intermediate classification of soil setting out true to the required line,grades, wdith camber and super elevation levels cutting and trimming of side slopes and level as shown in the drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at site according to the MORD Technical Specification clause 302,1603 and 1603.2 and soring out useful materials and stacking, the same in all leads and lifts in acquired width of road and transportation of un useful materials for filling in road ways, camber, embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all materials to required width of the road or on approved dumping site through all modes of transportation including head load or animal transport or mechanical means along with its levelling fine dressing and carriage of mechineries, materials, tools, equipments and safety measures incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour. Any loss to the private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be compensated by him in all cases.ncluding all leads, lifts carriage of materials & to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge

Earth work in excavation for structure in all depths as per drawing & technical specification for Rural Road August 2004 clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring & bracing, removal of stumps & other deleteruious materials & disposal in all leads & lifts including dressing of sides & bottom & back filling in trenches with excavated suitable materials. All work of rock cutting by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary precautions against soil erosion damage to hill side water pollution etc. and to protect stability of hill side rock shall be excavated with chiselling and wedging out rock ( where blasting is prohibited ). All earth work in cutting/excavation including rock excavation shall be carried out true to lines, grades, side slopes, width, camber super elevation and level as shown on the drawing or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge hauling & stacking of materials useful for construction at suitable sites & safe disposal of unsuitable cut materials in specified manner tramming filling of unevenness blindage & finishing of the road to specified dimension or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. If the foundation of the structure is in an area with stagnant water or water is met with in the excavation due to sping seepage rain and other causes, it shall be remove by suitable diversion bailing out or pumping as directed and the area of the foundation or embankment shall be kept dry. Any loss to the public or private property during the course of excavation shall be the whole responisibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him at his own cost in all cases.ncluding all leads, lifts carriage of materials & to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains in all heights and depths in all kinds of soil, including saturated soil comprising of pick work,jumper work and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiesling and wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohabited) and their intermediate classification of soil including dewatering whereever required,settling out to required lines,levels as shown on the drawing and directed by the Engineer in charge at site according to the HP.PWD specification of 1990 (one thousand nine hundred ninety) volume-I (one) and sorting out useful and unuseful material and transportation of the unuseful material for disposing at dumping site (to be arranged by the contractor) including payment of prescribed dumping charges of M.C. if levilled any to the satisfaction of the Engineer in charge through all modes of transporation including head load animal load or mechanical means alongwith its levelling, fine dressing and with all kinds of labour, mechineries, tools, equipment and safety measures and incidental necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour (if required). All useful material such as stones, shingles aggregate and slates shall be properly stacked at site to the maximum possible extent in all leads and lifts through all modes of transporation and used/removed as per the satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. any loss to the public and private properity during the course of execution and disposal of servicable and unservicable materials shall be the absolute responsiblity of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidential charges and as directed by the Engineer in Charge:- All kinds of soil. ncluding all leads, lifts carriage of materials & to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge

Supplying & filling in plinth with sand under floors including watering, ramming, consolidating & dressing complete including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade mechanically mixed and curing complete excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level and all floor level in 1:4:8 (one Cement : four coarse sand : eight graded stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeter ) nominal size) including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.
