Reinforced cement concrete (design mix) M-25 ( using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete, all as specified.

TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips as in stirrups, spacers and binders, all as specified.

Brick work with fly ash bricks, old size bricks having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/Sqcm, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand), complete all as specified.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc.25cm thick each layer of soil all as specified.

Removing excavated material not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Rendering cement plaster 15 mm thick in two layers (10mm thick first layer and 5mm thick second layer) EXTERNAL in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) on fair faces of brick wall or on concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement but using integral water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement, all as specified. Note:- Integral water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for seperately.

Rendering plaster 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4(1 cement :4 coarse sand) INTERNAL on other than fair faces of brick wall or stone wall surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified.

Rendering plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 coarse sand) on other than fair faces of brick wall or stone wall surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified.

Setting coat 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:2(1 cement :2 coarse sand) thick,trowelled to even and smooth finish complete, all as specified.

Plain cement concrete M-15, nominal mix, B-0 using 12.50mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5 metre clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, chamfered angles and throating, complete all as directed Note :- (i) The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved). (ii) Reinforcement if any shall be measured and paid separately.

Three coats of white wash on newly plastered or previously undecorated surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces complete, all as specified.

Mild steel screw bolts (purpose made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 30 cm long, diameter of neck exc 12mm but not exc 20mm, complete all as speciied.

Mild Steel framed work as Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, with riveted, bolted or welded attachment complete, conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 , all as specified.

Rolled mild steel work as in Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections,fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) conforming to Fe-410 W (Gde E-250), Quality A, complete all as specified.

Rolled mild steel sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates conforming to grade Fe 410 -W(Gde-E- 250 quality-A ), steel work complete all as specified.

Corrugated galvanised iron mild steel sheets 0.63mm thick, grade ‘O’, with 120 grams per square metre zinc coating fixed with 'J' or 'L' hook as in roof wall covering with two corrugation side lap. (Horizontal distance of end lap shall not be less than 145mm and depth of corrugation shall be 12.5mm), all as specified.

0.80 mm thick plain galvainsed mild steel sheeting in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 complete, fixed with same 'J' or 'L' hook as as considered in corrugated sheet all as specified.

Steel rolling shutters of 1.25mm thick laths, with out ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and; erected in position as indicated, complete: but gear operated type with chain wheel and hand chain complete all specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Plain cement concrete M-15, nominal mix, type B-0, using 12.5mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in floors, 25mm thick, surface finished even and fair to receive top surface, all as specified.

Supply only intergal water proofing compound, complete all as specified.

Preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over 2mm thick wall care cement putty of surface complete, all as specified.
