REPAIR TO INTERNAL ROAD IN POCKET 5 AND 6 IN AGE B/R-II UNDER GE ROORKEE

Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sq m, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) completed all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with broomny bags to remove all loose dirt etc.

M & L for applying evenly a tack coat/ priming coat with bituminous primer @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm using paving bitumen, over surfaces including preparation of surfaces all as specified

M & L for premix bituminous Maccadam laid/ rolled and compacted to required gradiant and camber consolidated thickness n exc 75 mm with paving bitumen any penetration with VG -30. complete al as specified and directed.

M&L for Bituminous premixed semi-dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm consolidated thckness with 5.5 % binder content VG-30 by weight of total mix rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete.

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and as directed by engineer in charge.

M & L for applying termoplastic reflective paint as in road marking 02 mm thick single coat as in center line or edge line road marking of 150 mm width using HOT MARK termoplastic paint (HOT application) white by indigenous modem propelled road marking method as directed incl all ingredient such as binder glass beads Titanium-dioxide calcium carbonate linter fillers themoplastic requirement for glass beads shall be per Table no 800-4 specifiation incl spraying of glass beads instruction , approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.
