Providing & fixing UV stabilized 10 MM thick double layer maltiwall Lexan Sabic innovated Plastic Ltd. polycarbonate sheet complete in all respects with necessary fittings such as 40mm x 3 mm aluminium flat (required shape) nut bolt, washers etc. The Junction of sheets should be filled with silicon (Walker Make) and end of sheet fixed with Heavy gauge aluminium U to make water tight structure complete in all respects as per site requirements and the satisfaction of committee.

Providing and fixing Cam lock insulated Puff Panel of 80 mm thick of high density 40kg/m3 on roof and walls with 0.4 mm sheet inside and 0.5 mm sheet outside made of G.I. Pre-painted sheet (Tata make). Fixing/filling the joints of Puff panel with silicon (Walker make) should be leak proof/insulated complete in all respects as per site requirements and the satisfaction of committee

Providing and fixing cold room door of size 4' x 7' size over lap made by MTH italy with internal and external Pre Painted sheet (Tata make) 0.5 mm thick, PUF Density 40 kg/m3 with Cam Lock insulated complete in all respects as per site requirements and the satisfaction of Committee.

Providing & fixing the following Electrical Components complete in all respects as per the site requirements and satisfaction of Committee. Electrical Fitting Complete electrical wiring of shade net house with copper wire of required gauge, MCB and main switch Board, light/Power points/ connectors required to be placed on spcified space for installing pump/fans as per site requirements, main aluminium connecting cable of required gauge/make 50-60 mtr length from main supply to shade net house etc. complete in all respects according to satisfacton of Committee 1 SET Lighting Devices LED lights 15 watt for visibility in the chamber including the cost of copper wiring & holders etc. as per site requirements. Make: Crampton, Havels, Wipro 8 Nos Heating Devices Electric heat blowers ISI Mark of 2.5 KW capacity in chamber for heating during winters as approved/ to the entire satisfaction of Committee at the time of execution. 6 Nos

Temp Controller 18˚ - 45˚C with an accuracy of 2˚C controlled by Microprocessor based Digital Temperature Indicator Cum Controller with PT- 100 Sensor as approved/ to the entire satisfaction of Committee at the time of execution 1 No NOTE:- All fitting/fixture/devices & Temperature Controller etc. required to be fitted/supplied according to the standard norms/requirement of shade net house/to the satisfaction of user department/committee.
