Demolition of plain cement concrete as in roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work ,complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of plain cement concrete in ground floors and paving n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) ,complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete( reinforced) as in roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work complete all as specified and directed

Plain Cement concrete 1:7:12 type F-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sunken filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed

PCC 1:3:6 Type C -2 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, 75 thick as in plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement laid in bays not exc. 2.0 m and joints filled with bitumen sand mastic with ratio (1:3) , complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of concrete surface by sweeping, cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust etc and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of dust removal to all loose existing sunken floor any material manually and with heat tark gun to get smooth plain finished surface including removing of vegetation/plantation with no loose material on surface. Repair all joints and cracks with highly elastic bituminous cold applied putty of tarplasic having penetration after setting upto 8mm. Levelling of surface to give proper slope will be done as per site requirements with Shalipatch or euqivalent make of approved by GE cold applied.Bituminous mortar and cold emulsion cum water proofing liquid of Shalikote-T-10 or equavalent make as approved by GE, created SSD condition on surface with water. Prime the surface with Tarfelt LM or equivalent make as approved by GE mixed with portable water in the ratio of 1:1 and apply @ 400gm per Sqm (as per surface condition). Apply first coat of Tarfelt LM or equivalent make as approved by GE having alongwith 200% conforming to ASTM-C-412 & having crack bridging of 8mm conforming to ASTM-C-836 with tensile strength after 7 days 0.50mm conforming to ASTM-C-412 with no diluation water on primed surface while the surface is still tacky with consumption of 700gm /Sqm. Lay Geotex of 45 GSM/fiber mesh simultaneously and paste it properly with overlap of 50mm. Allowed of first coat to dry for 10 to 12 hrs. Apply 2nd coat on cured first coat with consumption @ 700gm/Sqm in opposite direction of 1st coat by brush or roller. Allow it to dry for 10-12 hrs after apply 3rd coat with consumption @ 700gm/Sqm. Ensure final curing time of 36 hrs before allowing/carrying out any further work. Conduct ponding test after minimum 7 days applying 2 coats of U V Resistand Elastomeric Exterior Axcrylic weather resistant water proof coating of Shalicryl - 215 or eauivalent make as approved by GE having elongation of 300% after curing of 14 days conforming to ASTM D-6083, for U V protection of bituminous Elastomeric Acrylic emulsified liquid membrance of Tarfelt LM or equivalent make as approved by GE to give long life and prevent its deterioration from sunlight. Note : Application of water proofing treatment will be done by authorised applicator only.

25 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4, Type B-1 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub-base of floor for tiles/Kota stone finished even & rough, complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.complete all as specified and directed

Non skid coloured ceramic tiles (1st quality) 7 to 8mm thick(square/rectangular joint free) area of each tiles exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortor 15mm thick in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed

Glazed coloured ceramic tiles (1st quality) joint free in vertical surfaces of wall of size 450x350x7mm/350 x250 x 7mm thick set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on brick /concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed .

Vitrified ceramic tiles dark shade double charged, 10 mm thick (square / rectangular) polished, area of each tile n.exc. 0.36 sqm in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including screed bed or bedding layer 15 mm thick in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Vitrified ceramic tiles dark shade double charged, 10 mm thick (square / rectangular) polished, area of each tile n.exc. 0.36 sqm on vertical surface, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.
