Engagement of user fee collection agency on the basis of Competitive Bidding through e-tender for Kannegala Fee Plaza at km 144.130, K.N. Hundy Fee Plaza at km 200.400 & Yeddore Fee Plaza at km 236.550 for two/four lane with paved shoulders rehabilitation and up gradation of Kerala Border to Kollegal Section from design km 136.586 to km 267.841 (existing change km 136.600 to km 268.475) excluding km 239.600 to km 241.520 (1.920 km) of NH-212 (New NH-766) in the state of Karnataka and upkeep/maintenance of adjacent Toilet blocks including recouping the consumable items.

1) I/We hereby submitting an "Undertaking" that, I/We carefully checked the (i) Bidder Quoted % in row "B"and (ii) Quoted Remittance in row "C" and found corrected and acceptable to me/us. I/We will not dispute these "Figures" submitted by me/us in the "Financial Bid".

2) In Column-B, bidder has to fill either % above or % below. Any deviation from this, bid will be treated as "Non-Responsive".

3) The entries relating to (i) Name of Bidder, (ii) Bidder's Quoted Percentage above/below the APC per day in SL(B), (iii) Name of Authorized Signatory and (iv) Designation/Title of Authorized Signatory are mandatory. Any blank, incomplete, incorrect or misleading entry in financial sheet shall render the bid liable to be treated as Non-responsive.

4) The Financial Bid shall be submitted online in Xls format provided by NHAI only. PDF/Scanned copies will not be accepted.

5) The amount quoted above shall be exclusive of the TCS. Any other Taxes & Service Charges etc., as applicable, shall be borne by the Bidder over and above the quoted amount.
