Brick masonry for panel walls in superstructure with CM (1:6) prop: (Cement : Screened sand) using common burnt clay bricks of class as per Table- I of IS:1077-1992, Non- Modular or traditional size 23 x 11 x 7 cms from approved source having minimum crushing strength of 35 Kg/Sqcm. including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, screened sand, bricks, water etc., to site, excluding seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials and such as labour charges, like mixing cement mortar, scaffolding charges, constructing masonry, lift charges, curing, etc.,and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work. (APSS No. 501 & 504).

Brick Masonry for partition walls (115 mm thick) in CM (1:5) prop.(Cement:Sand) using Bricks second class or ground moulded (Non-Modular or traditional size) 23 x 11 x 7 cm from approved source having minimum crushing strength of not less than 3.5 N/sq.mm. including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, bricks, water etc., to site, excluding cost of seigniorage charges on all materials, scaffolding charges and all labour charges like mixing cement mortar, lift charges, curing, complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work (APSS No. 509 & 501)

Plastering 20mm thick single coat in CM(1:3) using screened sand including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc., to site, excluding seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials, and all operational, incidental charges on materials and including cost of all labour charges for mixing mortar, finishing, curing as directed by Engineer-in-charge etc., and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work .(SS 901,903 & 904)

Plastering 12mm thick single coat in CM(1:5) using screened sand including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc., to site, excluding seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials, and all operational, incidental charges on materials and including cost of all labour charges for mixing mortar, finishing, curing as directed by Engineer-in-charge etc., and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work.(SS 901,903 & 904)

Supply & application of one coat deco orient based 2 coats of acrylic emulsion paint having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ liter. including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and operational, labour charges and incidental charges such as scaffolding, lift charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS911 for internal walls.

Supply & application of one coat deco orient base of 2 coats of acrylic emulsion paint having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ liter. for external walls including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and operational, labour charges and incidental charges such as scaffolding, lift charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS911 for External walls.

Fabricating , supplying , erecting and fixing in position MS tubular steel trusses and roof frame work as per drawing enclosed with hot finished seamless type steel tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 , consisting of principal rafters, struts, ties, purlins, wind barcers, cleats, holding down bolts, base please etc., complete , painted with one coat of zinc oxide including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, lbour charges etc., complete for finished item of work.

Preparation and fixing of M.S. heavy grills for Trusses, Stanchions,Heavy beams and Girders using chain pulley block,derek pole arrangements etc., in position including cost of Mild Steel squares/Flats etc.,welding rods,power charges and fixing charges etc., complete.

Labour charges for Old Iron Fabrication charges as per SSR ItemS. No.824(BMMV14)(Rs.12.00/kg)

Providing Stainless Steel Railing works including cot of pipes, fabrication charges,buffing, polishing ,lacquer finish etc., complete.

Masonry work in CM(1:6) prop (Cement : Screened sand) with fly ash cement / lime solid blocks of size 290mm x 225mm x 140mm from approved source having minimum crushing strength of 50 Kg/Sqcm. including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, bricks, water etc., to site, excluding seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials and such as labour charges, like mixing cement mortar, scaffolding charges, constructing masonry, lift charges, curing, overheads and contrctor profit etc., complete for finished item of work. (APSS No. 501 & 504).

Supply and fixing of door shutters made of rigid PVC extruded hollow section of 20mm X 200 mm with the wall thickness of 1.0mm +/- 0.1mm equally divided into 4 no's with tongue and groove locking arrangements. The shutter frame is made of 30mm X 79mm with the wall thickness of 1.5mm +/-0.15mm section mitre-cut and joined at 4 corners with 125mm X 225mm plastic brackets. The shutter shall be horizontally reinforced with 2 no's of 8mm PVC rods. Teak wood batons shall be reinforced inside the door shutter during the fabrication of the door shutter at those points wherever the hardware is fixed onto the door shutter. and Providing and fixing factory made Pac single side Prelam door frame of the size 50X47 mm with a wall thickness of 5mm, made out of extruded 5mm rigid Pac single side prelam sheet, meter cut at two corners and joined with 2nos. of 150mm long brackets of 1515mm MS.Square tube. The two vertical door profiles are to be reinforced with 19X19mm MS. square tube of 19guage. The door frame shall be fixed to the wall using 65/100mm long MS. Screws through the frame by using Pac fasteners. a minimum of 4nos. of screws to be provided for each vertical member and minimum 2nos. for horizontal member etc. complete as per manufacture specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats with synthetic enamel paint Gr-II having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/litre to old iron work including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, sales & other taxes, incidental, operational and all labour charges etc., and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work in all floors. (SS No. 1201, 1212 & 1207).

Providing Shovel 0.85 cum 110 hp / Hydraulic Excavator for Hire, including hire charges, Fuel charges and operator charges as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing Hydraulic Truck Crane 16T for Hire, including hire charges, Fuel charges and operator charges as directed by Engineer in charge.

Roofing with corrugated G.I sheets 0.80mm thick fixed with G.I ‘J’ bolts & nuts 8 mm dia with bitumen & G.I limpet washers filled with white lead & including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on over lapping of sheets complete (up to a pitch of 600) and excluding seigniorage charges, etc., complete, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters, trusses including cost and conveyance of all materials , labour charges , overheads and contractors profit etc., complete for finished item of work in all floors.

VRCC M-20 grade nominal mix (cement :fine aggreegate: coarse aggregate) corresponding to table 9 of IS456 using 20mm size machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggreegate)from approved Quarry including cost and conveyancej of all materials like cement,fine aggregate(sand)coarse aggregate, water etc, to site and excluding seigniorage charges,sales and other taxes on all materials including all operational incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing , laying concrete, curing etc., complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work, but excluding centering shuttering : (below plinth)

Supply and fixing CEMENT BONDED PARTICLE BOARDS (IS 14276) double skin partition using with 10 MM CEMENT BONDED PARTICLE BOARDS made out of G.I. track section of size 50mmx 35mm x 0.55 mm for fixing to the roof and floor and stud section of size 48mm x 35mm x 0.55mm placed in track section vertically at 610mm intervals and at 1200mm intervals horizontally fixed to the wall by means of self expansion screws and caps to the wall and roof. CEMENT BONDED PARTICLE BOARDS is to be fixed both sides of frame work by using self taping screws fixed at every 300mm intervals to the frame work leaving 3 mm gap between two panels. The cost inclusive with one coat of primer and two coats of smooth finish and cost and conveyance of all materials to site, labor charges etc., complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Supply and fixing of CEMENT BONDED PRE-LAMINATED PARTICLE BOARDS aluminum glazed partitions using 10 MM CEMENT BONDED PRE-LAMINATED PARTICLE BOARDS and 5 mm thick plain glass to full height. Using with LAM to a height of 0.91 meter at bottom panel and remaining height with glass and aluminum sections anodized to 12 to 15 microns and of sections of size 37mm x 62mm and 1.5mm thickness with one meter centre to centre duly fixed with clip beading on both sides including fixing the frame to pillars by M.S. flats, bolts and nuts including cost and conveyance of all materials etc., complete as directed during execution.
