Supplying, Installing, Commissioning and testing of 2.5/ 3.0 TR capacity High Wall Mega Split AC with Refrigerant R-22/ R 407C Suitable for operation on 3 phase, 415 V, 50 c/s AC supply complete as required. (Make: Blue Star, Model: FMA30AAMUP3 or equivalent in Carrier/Hitachi/ O General).

Supplying, Installing, Commissioning and testing of high temp air cooled Refrigeration system having indoor unit of 20,000 Btu/Hr nominal capacity, 3200 cfm air flow rate, powder coated body suitable for operation on 3 phase 415 V, 50 c/s AC supply and having scroll compressor with Eco-friendly Refrigerant R-404 Gas, weather proof polyster powder coated canopy, permanently lubricated & thermocally protected fan motors and fitted with all safety and control devices required for system protection/ operation, Suitable for operation on 3 phase 415 V, 50 c/s AC supply . The machine should be compatible to maintain room (Tissue culture lab) inside temp 15 +/-2 degree Celsius complete as required. (Make: Blue Star, Model RUAH-02012KP or equivalent in Carrier/Hitachi/ O General).

REFRIGERANT COPPER PIPING: Supply & fixing of Hard Drawn Copper pipes suitable size (3/8" & 5/8" dia) 20 SWG thick, i/c of Elbow, Tee, Connector etc. jointing soldering , supporting structure etc. as required. (Make: Mandev/Totaline).

CABLE TRAY: Supplying & installing following size of perforated painted with powder coating MS cable trays with perforation not more than 17.5 % in convenient sections, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with MS suspenders including bolts & nuts, painting suspenders etc. as require (a) 100mm widthx50mm depthx1.6mm thickness.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm x 600 mm x 3 mm thick including accessories and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 4.00 mm dia copper wire in 15 mm dia GI pipe from earth electrode including connection with copper thimble excavation and refilling as required.

Providing and fixing 4.00 mm dia copper wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

Providing and fixing GI Pipes complete with GI fittings and clamps, i/c cutting and making good the walls etc. Internal work - Exposed on wall i) 20 mm dia nominal bore (NOTE: PVC pipe for interlocking G.I. pipe and PACs will be provided without any extra cost.)

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. i) In grating, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works. Supplying and fixing following, PVC insulated copper conductor multi core unarmoured cable for control wiring on existing tray, end termination glands, lugs etc. as required: i) 4x1.5 sq.mm. (Make :KEI/Anchor/Finolex/Polycab)
