Filling in foundation and plinth with sand well watered and rammed including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials, labour charges, T&P etc. required for the work complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying Cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation using 40mm nominal size clean black hand broken granite stone metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm thick to the required level, ramming, watering, curing etc. complete including cost and conveyance of all materials with all taxes and royalities and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

R.C.C. M-20 using 12mm size and downgraded size hard broken granite stone chips ffor R.C.C works of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting lowering, laying & compacting concrete watering and curing for 4 weeks including smooth, rigid centering, shuttering & finishing the exposed surface smooth with cost, conveyance, royalities and taxes of all materials , labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect but excluding the cost and conveyance of M.S rods or tor steel and binding wire and labour charges for straightening, cutting, beinding, binding etc. and tying the grills and placing in proper position as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, cutting, bending, straightgening, placing & binding of uncoated HYSD bar reinforcement as per drawing & technical specification with cost, conveyance & royalities of all materials, labour with T&P required for the works etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying fitting and fixing fully vetrified tiles in floors of size 600mmx600mm of approved make 20mm thick cement mortar (1:4) and filling joints with white cement of appoved quality including cost, conveyance, royalities, taxes of all materials, labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

12mm thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to outside brick wall surface after racking out the joint including watering and curring with cost ,conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Distempering Two coats to walls with distemper of approved shade on old work or new work to give an even shade including scaffolding staging charges with cost conveyance, taxes of all materials, labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification and dirction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing walls with two coats of Weather coat paint of approved shade on new work/old work two coats to give an even shade including scaffolding, staging charges with cost, convyeyance, taxes of all materials, labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specifiation and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats with any approved enamel paint to wood/ iron work over a coat of primer including cost of the paint, primer, sand papering, polishing the surface with cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for thework etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, fitting and fixing of M.S. Door, M.S Windows, M.S. Grills ,M.S. Grill Gate and Collapsible Gate with top and bottom rails in proper position including making holes in walls, RCC structure including mending, or cutting to sizes or grooves in walls and fixing with CC (1:2:4) with hard black crusher broken granite stone chips of 12mm with cost ,conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials, labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing of 80mm thick cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-40 grade of approved make, design,colour and size made by Block making machine with proper compaction laid in required pattern etc. complete in all respect conforming to IRC SP-63:2018.
