Supplying, fabricating, laying, testing & commissioning of 150 mm 'C' class heavy duty G.I. pipe conforming to IS 1239 in line and level asper site condition including welding, fittings like elbows, bends, flanges at 12 mtr intervals or site condition, tapers, nuts, bolts, gaskets etc. and fixing the pipe on the supports with suitable U clamp and painting with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of etch primer of required shade complete as required ( Excluding cost of flanges and structural supports, which will be measured and paid seperately).

Supplying of 150 mm MS flanges of ID 170 mm, OD 285 mm, PCD 240 mm, bolt hole diameter 22mm and 8 Nos. bolt holes using 12 mm thk MS plate including cost and conveyance charges of MS plate, fabrication charge, two coats of synthetic enamel of approved quality and colour over a coat of Etch primer after fabrication.

Supplying of 100 mm MS flanges of ID 115 mm, OD 220 mm, PCD 180 mm, bolt hole diameter 18mm, and 8 Nos bolt holes using 12 mm thk MS plate including cost and conveyance charges of MS plate, fabrication charge, two coats of synthetic enamel of approved quality and colour over a coat of Etch primer after fabrication.

Supplying of 80 mm MS flanges of ID 90 mm, OD 200 mm, PCD 160 mm, bolt hole diameter 18mm, and 8 nos bolt holes using 12 mm thk MS plate including cost and conveyance charges of MS plate, fabrication charge, two coats of synthetic enamel of approved quality and colour over a coat of Etch primer after fabrication.

Supplying and fixing single headed hydrant valve with instantaneous Gunmetal coupling of 63 mm dia with cast iron wheel ISI marked conforming to IS 5290 (Type -A) with blank Gunmetal cap and chain as required :

Supply and fixing of CI double flanged 150 mm dia sluice valve confirming to IS 14846-2000, sluice valve with cap PN 1.6 (Class III) as per direction of Engineer Incharge.

Supply and fixing of CI double flanged 100 mm dia sluice valve confirming to IS 14846-2000, sluice valve with cap PN 1.6 (Class III) as per direction of Engineer Incharge.

Supply, fabrication and installation of structural supports made of MS sections such as angles, flats, plates, etc., including cutting, drilling, welding, grinding and forming to the required shape and size as per site requirements. The work includes providing base plates, anchor fastners/ bolts, clamps, and all necessary accesories for proper fixing, including two coats of epoxy paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer, hire charges of tools and plants, cost of electrodes, other incidentals etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
