M&L for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6

Taking down cement plaster on brick/concrete surface including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and fair (without using extra cement).

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint maching to existing wall surface.

M & L for preparing new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of weather coat paint over a coat of primer on external wall.

M & L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall and applying one coat of cement base paint matching to existing wall surface.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

M&L for plain cement concrete in foundation, surface channels and drains, type D2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified & directed.

Removing building materials like old cement mortar, cement concrete from demolition to a distance exc 1km and not exc 5km, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination complete all as directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection etc, finishing concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement.

M & L for Forming 65mm deep x 10mm thick contraction (dummy joints), filled with sealing compound grade "A".

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4,type B-2 Using 40 mm graded stone aggregate finished even and fair without using extra cement as in path/hard standing

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors & wall, laid bedded & pointed in any mortar complete.

M & L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded stone aggregate)as in sub base for path/paving .

M & L for prepolished chequered cement concrete tiles machine pressed 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, laid over and including cement screed base 15 mm thick in cement morter 1:6, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors etc complete as directed.

M&L for coloured Machine pressed polished precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment over and including 30 mm thick sand cushioning spread and levelled all as directed.

M & L for Filleting in any position and to any shape n. exc.. 25 sq. cm in cement mortar 1:4 including all mitres, stops, etc.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground posts embedded in concrete, brick masonary etc complete. Note:- Excavation and earthwork shall be measured and paid seperately

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in soft or loose soil,each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth around in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50m and making good surface.

M & L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in footing for boundry pillars and posts etc.

M & L for mild steel work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 as in angle iron posts & struts in fencing and in compound walls including cutting top to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc. and including flat iron filletes for securing wire mesh or fence etc. including all necessary bolting riveting etc complete.

Supply only Mild Steel galvanisd Chain link fencing with 3 to 4mm dia wire made up to mattresses with mesh of size 50 x 50 mm all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Fixing only steel chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh size and type to any srandards, rails, steel bars, straining bolts, etc, including provision of binding wire complete.

Supply only 10mm dia plain round bars fixed in chain link fencing horizontial including ends of bars hooked conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165.

S & F mild steel screw bolts machine made with haxagonal head at one end and screwed other or screwed both ends each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal nut, not exc. 5 cm long and dia of sunk 11 to 15 mm complete.

M & L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces.

M & L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces of any description not exc 10 cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces.

Cutting holes exc 400 Sqcm but n. exc 1 Sqm into or through brick walls built in cement mortar and making good in CM 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 as required complete

Cutting upto a depth of 2.5cm into concrete walls/columns with or wihout reinforcement and trimming surface as required, girth exc. 30cm

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for

M & L for reinforced cement concrete1:2:4, type B1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in columns/beam/bands, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified & directed.

Use and waste formwork for rough finished flat surface of concrete sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, columns, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

S & F in repairs galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)

S & F in repairs concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertrina coil 610mm dia, 10m open length having 50 Nos rounds per 6m length,spring core 2.5mm tk fixed to upto existing 'Y' Shaped neck upto 4 m height of wall with stud tired with necessary GI clips , stables to retain both horizontal & vertical bond/bind with necessary bolts, nuts or fixed with birbed wire etc complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded agg) as in coping incl use of form work (straight or curved) weathering. Slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating all as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using exrtra cement, incl forms, moulds etc

M&L for Extra forming fair finished drain or channel 40cm inner girth in cement concrete, using exrtra cement, incl forms, moulds etc
