Disposal/ Stacking of surplus excavated earth / rock/ building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable,dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to outside the premises/ approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Design, erection and dismantling of cofferdam Design, erection and dismantling of temporary twin wall cofferdam preferably using hot rolled steel sheet piles/RCC piles/as per thr DBR submitted by bidder and approved by HSL/IIT with necessary tie rods, wailing channels, other supporting structures etc as per the approved design and as detailed in the Nature of works, scope of works, procedure of works, material specifications, methodology & drawings etc including cost and conveyance of all labour, equipment, granular/sandbag filling between the twin walls, dewatering, making the area dry. The work involves also designing, vetting of the design, and submission of the approved design notes, calculations and drawings for the temporary cofferdam to HSL. The design and drawings have to be vetted, stamped, signed and dated by a Professor of CivilEngineering/Offshore Engineering Department of any IIT/ NIT. The designs shallbe in accordance with Indian standards. Depth of water at cofferdam constrcution area is 4-6m and approximate depth of embedment (including rock layer) of the sheet pile/RCC piles are as per the vetted desing from seabed. The work includes mobilization and demobilization of all equipment’s, barges, cranes, all materials including cofferdam walls, granular/earth filling etc complete, and labour required for the Work; After dismantling of the cofferdam (-)6.0m CD water depth shall be maintained in the water area

Filling with contractor's own earth ( excluding rock) in open areas including area behind the Cofferdam upto pile cutoff, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, for all lead and lift including cost and conveyance of all materials,labour charges,lead,lift etc complete at all levels and make good the area to the original position as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.(Note:After completing the work the excess earth shall be removed from the area without any additional cost)

(SH: - 2.0 - CONCRETE WORK)

(SH: - 5.0 - JOINERY & PARTITION WORKS)

Providing and fixing of hollow metal fire rated doors as per IS 3614: 2021, for 120min integrity & 30min. insulation. Pressed galvanized steel confirming to IS 277 with the following specification. Recommended fire door shall be tested as per IS/ISO 3008-1 & IS/ ISO 834-1, from Exova/TBW/CBRI approved lab. Labled fire doors shall be with fire rated hardware and vision panel all as a complete assembly. Proper label confirming the type of door and the hourly rating is mandatory. Door frame shall be step rebate grooved profile of size 125 x 75mm made out of 1.20mm (18gauge) minimum thick galvanized steel sheet. Frames shall be mitered and field assembled with self tabs. Frames to have inbuild grooved sealing system for taking fire rated EPDM seals

All provision should be mortised, drilled and tapped for receiving appropriate hardware. Frames should be provided with back plate bracket and anchor fasteners for installation on a finished plastered masonry wall opening. Frames shall be filled with fire rated puff. Door leaf shall be 60mm thick fully flush double skin step design door, insulated with or without vision lite. Door leaf shall be manufactured from 1.2mm (18gauge) minimum thick galvanised steel sheet. The internal construction of the door should be rigid reinforcement pads for receiving appropriate hardware. The infill material shall be 120kg/m3 high density mineral wool insulation material. Intumescent seals 15 x 1.5mm to be provided.

All doors shall be factory prepped for receiving appropriate hardware and provided with necessary reinforcement for hinges, locks, and door closers. The edges should be interlocked with a bending radius of 1.4mm. For pair of doors integrated astragals has to be provided on the meeting stile for both active and inactive leaf. Vision lite wherever applicable should be provided for 6mm clear borosilicate fire rated glass as per manufacturers recommendation with a clipon arrangement. Door and frames shall be finished Pure Polyster Powder coated and shall have passed minimum 500 hours of salt sprey test.Rate shall include supply and installation of frame, shutter as a complete assembly, including all hardware, smoke seals & glass with tapes ,vision panel etc complete as directed by the Engineer in Charge at all levels . (Note: 5% variation in size shall be absorbed in the rate quoted)

One coat of self-priming of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1) and two coats of undiluted elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dry film thickness of complete application/system not less than 500 microns). The operation shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying anticorrosive protective coating on external steel structures – A high performance passivation enhanced epoxy primer having Minimum of volume solids 75% and DFT (Dry Film Thickness) of 75 microns followed by a two component epoxy High Build intermediate MIO, having 80% volume solids and DFT of 150 microns and thereafter top coated with a two component high solids acrylic Polyurethane having Min 50 % volume solids and DFT of 60 microns. Total thickness of minimum 285 Microns or as per manufacturer recommendation. All steel surfaces shall be abrasive blast cleaned to Sa 2.5 (ISO8501-1:1988) or SSPC- SP10 with suitable abrasive Grid/shot. If oxidation has occurred between blasting and paint application, the surface should re-blasted to the specified visual standard. Any surface defects revealed by the blast cleaning process should be filled/ ground or treated suitably. Before blasting, surfaces shall be washed and cleaned by water jet/ Solvent to remove surface contamination/ grease etc.. Providing and applying Antitermite treatment by injecting chemical emulsion Imidacloprid emulsiable concentrate 0.075% for pre-constructional treatment and creating a chemical barrier as per IS 6313 (Part II) 2001 for wall trenches, foundation, top surface of plinth filling, foundation of wall and floor, along the external perimeter of the building, etc. complete conforming to manufacturers specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Plinth area only to be measured for the payment & guarantee for 10 years shall be given for the work )

Providing and applying of swellable type water stop tape, 19mm x 25mm thick in linear meter (expansive nature) for construction joints treatment of RCC structure such as raft slab, retaining walls, water storage tank and at the junctions of raft slab with the retaining walls etc.. After cleaning the surface, one coat of required primer for swellable water stop tape shall be applied throughout the length of the joint @3.78 litre per 240 running meter. Mast shaft shall be in 3 section , hot dip galvanized having top dia minimum 150 mm,bottom dia and plate thickness as per the structural requirement and suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875 part 3.It shall also include accessories for high mast including head frame ,stainless steel wire rope of minimum dia 6 mm , lightning arrestor, 2nos Earthing with C.I. earth pipe 3 metre long, 100 mm dia including connection to High mast earth terminal with 25 X 6 mm GI flats with accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with heavy duty CI cover plate of 300X300mm having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with 64kg charcoal/ coke and 5kg salt as required. (As per IS 3043 amended up-to-date) There shall be a control panel housing suitable rating switchgear, separate Contactors & timers for LED luminaire circuit, 24 hrs Digital Timer with inbuilt battery and control circuit at the bottom of the mast with suitable provision for incoming and outgoing cable termination. Flexible copper trailing cable of minimum 8 core 4 sq.mm shall be provided from bottom to top. This cable shall be terminated at a galvanized junction box at the top.From this junction box to the luminaires minimum 3 core 1.5 sq mm flexible PVC cable through flexible conduit shall be used, double drum winch,galvanised Lantern carriage arrangement suitable for required no of 400W LED Luminaire (asymmetrical arrangement) as per design and its drivers ) arranged as per design. Installation, testing and commissioning of 30m height high Mast lighting system with all accessories including design and supply of all materials, LED type single dome aviation obstruction lamps and casting of suitable shallow foundation with square footing using M-25 concrete for the mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 T/sq. mtr. at suitable depth, filling the basement of highmast foundation pit .Backfilling the excavated ground after casting the foundation, earthing and supply a set of steel foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers anchor plates and templates for each masts.
