RAW WATER PUMPING PLANT Supplying all labor tools and tackles for taking out old and damaged VT pump sets from Intake-Well with all accessories , demolition of mounting channel for installation of new vertical turbine pump sets.

Supplying, Installation, testing and commissioning of electrically driven vertical turbine pump sets Kirloskar / WPIL/ Mather & Plate/Jyoti having discharge capacity of raw water 66 m3 /hr against total head of 30 meter, coupled with vertical hollow/ solid shaft sq. cage induction motor make (Kirloskar / Crompton/ Jyoti) operated on 415 + 10% volts, 50HZ, 1470 RPM with sole plate, discharge head, M.S. D.F. column assembly random length of 5 ft, total 60 ft. S.S. line shaft, S.S, socket, spider bearing with rubber cut less bush, CIDF sluice valve-1 no, CIDF NR valve-1 no, pressure gauge-1 no ets all complete. Note:- Motor Capacity should have 10% above of the pump.

Supplying all labor tools and tackles for making PCC foundation 3′x3′x1′ with all materials such as cement , sand, stone chips, foundation bolt etc all complete including fixing of sole plate for installation of new VT pump sets

Cost towards supplying and laying of 10mm2 X 3 core PVC insulated and PVC sheathed ,1.1 KV grade unarmored copper cable of reputed make and ISI marked doing connection from panel to both motor.

Cost towards supplying and laying of 50 mm2 , 3 ½ core PVC insulated and PVC sheathed ,1.1 KV grade armoredAluminium cable of reputed make and ISI marked doing connection from Transformer to main switch to stabilizer.

Cost of doing internal light wiring of Pump house with 1.5 mm2 single core copper wire will all required making short point -1 no, medium point-2 nos, long point- 1 no with supplying and fixing 4′x40 watt tube light-2 Nos, 25 Watt, led flood light with bracket-1 no etc all complete

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories and providing masonry with cover plate having locking arrangements and watering pipe 2.7 meter long etc with charcoal/ coke and salt as required for chemical earthing.

Cost for making new common header with supply and fitting of 4"dia heavy duty GI pipe 15 ft ,4” dia bend – 02 Nos., 4” diaflange-8 nos , rubber insertion-10kg, nut, bolt, washer, reducer with cutting of pipe in required length and doing welding and fixing NR valve ,Sluice valve and jointing with existing delivery pipe line as required all complete job with materials and labors charges.

Cost for supply and fitting of 200 Amp. TPN main switch/ Switch disconnector and doing all line connection.

Supplying and laying of 8 SWG copper wire for making earthing connection in to from earthing station to panel to motor .
