1. Scope of work 1.1 Preparation of detailed project report and Bid process management sevices. i) Preparation of detailed project report (DPR). ii) Requisite surveys incliding topographicaland geotechnical investigations.Submitting geotechnical reports and preparinfg estumates in accordance with the reports. iii) Review of existing data/ sevices/ infrastructure. iv) Preparation of detail drawings v) Preparation of dertailed cost estimate. vi) Preparation of DPR with appropriateproject development structures. vii)Providung assistance in obtaining administrative approval from competent authority. vii)Preparation of Tener document and evaluation of bid and awarding of contract.

1.2 Project Management Consultancy (PMC) Services. Scope of sevices at project execution stage include but not limited to: i) Proof checking,Supervision of work. ii) Measurement recording. iii) Bill Certification. iv) Progress monitoring. V) Ensuring timely completion of work. v) Coordinating between NWCMC and contractor. vi) Assisting NWCMC in solving issues realated to site clearance,approaval. vii) Solving work related issues of contractor. viii) Representating NWCMC in various meetings at all levels.
