Dismantling post or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section incl. taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed posts embedded in natural ground complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wronght iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc. 15cm thickness (below or above GL) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar incl all quoins, pillars, etc or or portions ordered to be dismantled complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of brick work (laid flat or on edge) laid, bedded and pointed in cement mortar on side and edge of storm water drain etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description from brick/stone walls surface incl. racking out joints, hooking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking up 450mm and 600mm dia drain pipes (Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling existing Barbed wire fencing, any position, any descriptions from fencing post and removing from site,complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labours for Precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using (20 mm graded crushed stone agg.) as in posts, struts, etc. average sectional area exc. 100 Sqcm and n.exc. 250 Sqcm with or without chamfered angles or flats splayed, rounded on mitred tops as directed including embedding MS nails/ screws etc. when concrete is green and fixed in position complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix MS TMT bars 8 mm. cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking and bending and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No.10 above but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia as in stirrups etc.

Materials and labours for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded broken stone agg as in foundation filling etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix galvanised 2 strand 2.24 mm dia steel barbed wire with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining, including securing or tieing at crossing with and including galvanised mild steel wire, staples etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only galvanised 2 strand 2.24 mm dia steel barbed wire with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining, including securing or tieing at crossing with and including galvanised mild steel wire, staples etc. complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: servicable steel barbed wire shall be obtained from serial item No 9 above.

Materials and labours for restraining and re securing incl making good staples etc of galvnised 2 strand steel barbed wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Post and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shap,drilling holes, including all necessary cutting, drilling, bolting, riveting and/or welding and notching for wire etc,conforming to Grade Fe-410-S, complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labours for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer surfaces of any description , not exceeding10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described including preparation of newly untreated steel surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labours for screed bed or bedding layer of 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor tiles etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labours for Pre-Polished Chequerred cement concrete tiles 30cmx30cmx25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with white cement and pigments complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labours for rendering 15mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for a applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint,including one coats of primer, after prepration of new wall surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labours for three coats of white wash on walls including preparation of new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labours for 75 mm thick cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 using 40mm graded aggregate as in plinth protection etc finishing the surface with out using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labours for 40 mm thick PCC type B-1, (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in floor finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labours for Brick work with sub-class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 26 above but except bricks complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labours for brickwork with sub class 'B' bricks laid flat in side of drain/channel, bedded and jointed in cement mortar (1:6) and pointed complete all as specified and as directed.

All as item No 28 above but except bricks complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labours for Bricks, sub class 'B' laid on edge of drain bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and pointed complete all as specified and as directed.

All as item No 30 above but except bricks complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of blockage in storm water or surfaces water drains with necessary excavation inside the drains carefully not exceeding 1.50 m wide and not exc. 1.50m in depth and getting out all silt mixed with earth and other foreign materials from inside the drains and removing to distance exc. 50mtr but not exceeding 100mtr complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labours for PCC (1 : 2 : 4) type B0,12.50 mm graded stone aggregates as in Benching, Channels including Formwork as required and Forming Moulds, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labours for extra forming fair finished drain or channels 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms moulds mitred/ stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labours for add or deduct from ser item no. 30 above for each 25mm girth or part there of over and under 30cm inner girth complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m deep and not exceeding 1.5m wide for foundation, etc or for shafts, Drain, cesspits, manholes, pierholes, etc and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus excavated Soils not exc. 50 METRE and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 METRE above the Starting Point, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 600mm dia Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP-3, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and as directed.
