Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturers) of 1st quality conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make, laid on 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1: 3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand) including pointing the joints with grey cement slurry @3.3kg per sqm. white cement and matching pigment etc , complete. In colour such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown

Providing and fixing PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) laminated false ceiling of approved thickness and shade, suspended from the roof slab/beam using a heavy-duty GI or aluminum framework. The framework shall comprise main tees, cross tees, perimeter edge trims (wall angles), and concealed suspension systems (e.g., GI wires, J-hooks, or anchor fasteners) placed at max 1200 mm centers. The rate includes fixing 6 mm - 10 mm thick, fire-retardant, moisture-resistant PVC panels, providing cutouts for light fixtures, AC vents, and fans, as well as all necessary screws, sealants, and labor.
