Removing of Wooden panel / PVC Sandwich panel with MS Framing, including cutiing of MS members, stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 1 Km lead.. Rate includes scaffolding (if required).

Removing accoustic panel including binding material, stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 500 m lead. Rate includes scaffolding (if required).

Removing / Dismantling Existing PVC flooring including removing of binding material in floors laid with gum/ fevicol/ any other binding material including cleainig of the surface to receive new flooring, disposing of the debris outside campus, stacking of useful material within 500 Rmt lead etc. complete as directed by engineer in charge.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor with different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS : 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting of joints with white cement and matching pigment Size of Tile 600x600 mm or as decided by EIC.

Dismantling Gypsum false ceiling along with grid including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 500 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing tiled false ceiling of specified materials of size 595x595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections ( galvanized @ 120 grams/ sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main "T" runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200 mm center to center and cross "T" of size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main "T" at 600 mm center to center to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross "T" of length 600 mm and size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.3 mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27 x 37 x 25 x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm GI adjustable rods with galvanised butterfly level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm spaced at 1200 mm center to center along main T, bottom exposed width of 24 mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, all complete for all heights as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. GI Metal Ceiling Lay in perforated Tegular edge global white color tiles of size 595x595 mm and 0.5 mm thick with 8 mm drop; made of GI sheet having galvanizing of 100 gms/sqm (both sides inclusive) and 20% perforation area with 1.8 mm dia holes and having NRC (Noise Reduction Coefficient ) of 0.5, electro statically polyester powder coated of thickness 60 microns (minimum), including factory painted after bending and perforation, and backed with a black Glass fiber acoustical fleece.

Providing and constructing HALF BRICK MASONRY walls/partitions in following mixes using approved well burnt bricks of "CLASS DESIGNATION" (Classification as per I.S. 1077-1986) as specified below, including scaffolding, raking out joints, curing, etc; at all lead and lifts all as directed by the Engineer -in- charge. In SUPERSTRUCTURE UPTO FLOOR-V LEVEL. (The mix ratio specified is for cement : coarse sand) Using bricks of "class designation 3.5"(Minimum Average Compressive Strength not less than 3.5N/sqmm) In cement mortar 1:4 Complete all as directed by EIC. Price includes fixing of chair bracket/rag bolt into masonary.

Cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 course sand) mala finished 20 mm cement plaster. Note:-Including Scaffolding, curing etc.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead : Of area 3 sq. metres & below
