M&L for 16 to 18 mm thick marble work of Udaipur green marble (table rubbed and polished) in single piece in cooking platform, pillars, window-cills, jambs, steps and like in CM 1:4 including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick in flooring over and including 15 mm thick cement screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 mixed with high performance adhesive as per manufacturers instructions, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete. Note:- High performance adhesive shall be measured and paid for separetely as "Supply only".

M&L for kota stone slab 18-20 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on stone masonry surfaces/brick work or concrete surfaces mixed with high performance adhesive as per manufacturers instructions and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete. Note:- High performance adhesive shall be measured and paid for separetely as "Supply only".

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work and removing from site all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in floors any thickness in platform for PVC tank and similar work etc as directed.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick, concrete or stone walls or ceiling including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removal of rubbish off all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. and removing from site all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B’ bricks using old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius, built in CM 1:6.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion, white or tinted, over and including a coat of 2 mm thick Birla/JK wall care putty all as directed.

Note - Quoted rate shall be deemed to be include for cutting holes/demolition of PCC blocks etc for taking down chowkats and making good the damaged surfaces in CM 1:3 all as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) exceeding 1.5 sqm but not exceeding 4 sqm each and removing from site. M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, shelves and similar articles with plain faces, set in CM 1:4, including necessary form work moulds etc all as specified. (Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately).

M&L for RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (Nominal mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies and in shelves and the like and chajjah including necessary form work all as directed
