PART-I FOR ADDITIONAL WORKS OF PERIOD -I Repair of pot hole and removal of loose materials trimming of sides, deleaning of surface by providing of tack coat with bitumen emulson 20 mm ( Twenty millimetre) thick permix carpet using bitumen VG-10(VG-ten viscosity Grade Ten)and seal coat type-B with bitumen VG-10(VG-ten viscosity Grade-Ten)as per technical specification including carriage of materials,within all leads and liftsas per direction of Engineer-in -charge. The rates includes Malkhana Tool tex,Goods Service tax,building and other construction work,welfare cess royality,any other tax leavyingcess in respect of inputfor or outputby this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government not entertainany claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

PART-II ROUTINE MAINTINANCE WORK:- Road Maintinance work by carring out routine maintinance operations (refer IRC SP-2002 Rural road manual chapter-11-Maintinance) i.e. initial rectification work during period -1(as per clause-3.1of section -5of SBD)to bring the road to the desired services levaland routine maintinance workduring period -2(as per clause 4.1 of of section-5)to maintain the road nearlyto the level attainedduring period-1including Videography of the varrious roadsunder package before stareand completion of the of the maintinance workduly covering all aspects of maintinance workthe entire satifaction of Engineer-in -charge.The rates includes Malkhana Tool tex,Goods Service tax,building and other construction work,welfare cess royality,any other tax leavyingcess in respect of inputfor or outputby this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government not entertainany claim whatsoever in this respect of the same. Note:- All materials will be procured by the contractor on his own level.
