Distribution panel sheet steel enclosure made out of 2mm CRCA sheet totally enclosed, powder coated free standing, floor mounted type, dust& vermin proof, outward opening, lockable doors having hidden hinges and a bolted back cover both using non-deteriorating neoprene rubber gaskets to provide IP-54 protection. The each part of the fabricated panel will be strictly subjected to seven tank treatment (A) De-greasing (B) De-rusting (C) Rinsing (D) Phosphating (E) Drying (E) Primer Spraying (F) Oven drying and baking. The various components, assemblies and sub equipments of the panel will be as per standard given in relevant IS. The bus bar of the panel will be shaped out of high conductivity electrolytic conductor and shall be liberal sized. The control wiring of the panel will be done with PVC flexible copper wires of 1.5mm cross section. Each wire will be terminating with a copper ferule crimped to the wire, size 2150mmx1600mmx350mm. S/o Bus bar Aluminium of electrolytic grade conductivity covered with heat shrinkable PVC Sleeve through out in red, yellow & blue colour to identify three phases & black for neutral. The bus-bar support insulator made of non- deteriorating, vermin proof, non hygroscopic materials such as SMC/DMC.

Fitting of the above components in panel enclosure with terminal blocks, channels, ferrules, thimble, support insulator on bus bar, required hard wares complete in all respects.

Installation, testing, commission , of above items. The job includes the cost of dismantling existing damaged panel, thimble, etc. and also includes the cost of minor civil work for restore the site etc.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc. as required. (a) Upto 35 sq. mm

(b) Above 35 Sq. MM and Upto 95 Sq. MM

(c) Above 185 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm
