Dismantling ACSR or AAC conductor complete of any type and size and removing unservicable conductor from site, complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in hard and dense soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in (soil) including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cms thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials/ soils, not exceeding 50mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50mtrs, complete all as specified and directed.

XLPE HT insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts (Earthed), grade cross sectional area 95 sqmm 3 core, laid in trenches or passing through pipes/ ducts or fixed to walls/ poles complete including testing and taking out old unservicable cable, cable covers complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation & Earth work, brick cable cover, GI pipe and sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separetly.

Sand cushioning to protection of underground cables, laid 8 Cm before laying and 15 Cm after laying of cable, and punned to form an overall layer of 18 Cms thick, complete all as specified and directed Note: Punned thickness shall be measured.

Unreinforced precast concrete cable covers class HV, type 1, flat of size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel galvanised iron tubing light grade for cable protection as in road crossing, along poles, walls, floors, drain of 80mm size fixed with MS clamps, nuts and bolts required complete all as specified and directed.

Renewal of drop out fuse unit, expulsion type for outdoor air break gang operated switch, single pole, mounted on and including insulators for 11 KV working pressure, fixed to and including MS channels with nuts, bolts & washers etc, synthetic bounded fuse tube complete with line capacity suitable for current carrying capacity upto 100 Amps including taking out old fuse unit all as specified and directed.

Renewal of vertical type air break switch, gang operated, tripple pole, mechnically operated, outdoor type, with all fittings and accessories mounted on and including HT 11 KV porcelain insulators and steel channel frame, GI operating rod 25 mm dia of suitable length to worked from ground, including locking arrangements , suitable for 11000 volts, 400 Amps current rating complete including dismantling existing air break switch all as specified and as directed.

Renewal of cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm including cutting and removing existing unserviceable joint, including earth work complete, near 2 pole structure / HT Panel board / transformer and taking out loop cable from trench and refilling the trench with excavated material all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, testing & commissioning of totally enclosed feeder pillar outdoor type(IP-55) fabricated out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet dust and vermin proof powder coated double door type including locking arrangement bus bar chamber enclosed complete suitable for operation on 11KV, 50Hz, AC supply having legs 45cm made out of angle iron of size 65 x 65 x 6mm , grouted on brick masonary plateform upto 30cm. Brick masonary plateform should be 60cm above the ground level comprisinf the following (a) 60x10 sqm cross section area conductive electrolytic grade copper bus barof required length with heat shrinkable sleeves, duly colour codes. (b) Bakelite insulators having short circuit with stand capacity of 26.3kilo Amp- 01 (Set of three). Notes:- (I) The panel shallbe front operated with cable entry from the bottom with cable glands. The fault with standing capacity shall be 25KA. Earth bus shall be part of the main feeder pillar. (ii) Width of feeder pillar box shall not be less the panel not less than 60cm. (iii) Cost for construction of plateform for panel for brick masonary work in CM 1:6 with foundation PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate including plaster work, PCC copping1:2:4 (40m thick stone aggregate), deemed to be included in the item rate.

Dismantling and taking out burnt / unserviceable Distribution box and Supply, install, testing & commissioning of CPRI approval LT panel board, outdoor type IP-54 protection as per IS-8623 , floor mounted, factory made suitable for 415 Volt, 3 Phase, 4 wire, 50 HZ, AC supply system having bus bar chamber made out of size 2m x 1.5m x 50cm with angle iron of size 40 x 40 x 6 mm , duly supported with mild steel angle iron on plain cement concrete foundation (As per manufacturers instuctions) having height 60cms from ground level & 30 cms below ground level, with aluminium bus bars mounted on porcelain insulators. The panels shall be factory made , double door, made out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet (CRCA) totally enclosed dust, vermin & rust proof front operated, front & rear opening with locking arrangement fixed with MS angle iron frame of size 40x40x6 mm and duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer with colour as directed including internal wiring with multi stranded copper conductor cable of suitable size incl lugs and cable gland to incoming and outgoing cable etc all as directed at site and comprising of the following:- (a) MCCB 400Amps, 3Pole, 415 Volts, 50 KA, AC supply, adjustable thermal setting and fixed magnetic setting type -01 No. (Incoming)

(b) MCCB 200Amps, 3Pole, 415 Volts, 25 KA, AC supply, adjustable thermal setting and fixed magnetic setting type -01 No. (outgoing) (c) MCCB 160Amps, 3Pole, 415 Volts, 25 KA, AC supply, adjustable thermal setting and fixed magnetic setting type -02 Nos. (outgoing) (d) MCCB 63Amps, 3Pole, 415 Volts, 25 KA, AC supply, adjustable thermal setting and fixed magnetic setting type -01 No. (outgoing) (e) Aluminum bus bar, 3 phase and netural supported on insulator with colour code, capacity 600Amps-01 No (set of four strips). (f) Multifunction Meter Parameters: V, A, F, PF, KW, KVA, Run hours, KWH (Make:- L&T / Conzerve / Neppen) - 01 No. (g) Digital frequncy meter 0-50 Hz 01 No, 3 Nos for phase (R,Y,B) rating 400 amp rating and 1 No for neutral rating 200 amp, mounted on DMC support with heat shrink sleeve - 01 set. (h) Indication lamp (R,Y,B), LED type, with toggle switches - 01 Set of three (j ) Internal wiring of the panel board with single core copper cable PVC insulated of suitable size and control fuses (k) Cable entry gland and two no earthing terminal

Renewal of earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 25 x 3mm copper strip, complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 3.15mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, connecting to copper strip 20mm x 3mm (as earth lead wire), by means of bolt, nuts, check nuts and washer of copper and earth wire protected by provision of galvanised iron pipe light grade, 40mm bore including provn of concrete pit in PCC 1:2:4, type B-I using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates with 40mm thick precast cover of size 550 mm X 550 mm X 75 mm of RCC 1:2:4, type B-I, reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 kg/ Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25x25x3mm with lugs 2 Nos and with 6mm dia mild steel bar handle made to shape, galvanised iron medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 metre long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, test point made out of phosphorous bronze with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and including earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre, all as per electrical plate No. 3 of SSR 2009 Part-I and connection to earth test point all as specified and testing on completion, earth resistance not more than 1.0 OHMS. Note:- In case earth resistance more than 1.0 OHMS, the contractor will re-earthing at no extra cost.

Deduct Credit Amount as per Schedule of credit as details given on Srl Page No 28 of tender doucments.
