Supply and fix Hot dipped Galvanised (internally and externally), seamless, octagonal pole of overall length 9M with single arm bracket of 1.0m length 48mm dia x 3.25mm thick with standard arm cap, The pole shall have inbuilt cable loop in loop out with flush door and locking facility, The bottom dia of the pole shall be 155mm and top 70mm with 3mm sheet thickness. The pole shall be with base plate of 250x250x16mm and 4nos M24 X700 MM foundation bolt, including PCC foundation, J Bolt, nuts and washers as per the drawing of Manufacturer complete including taking out the old unserviceable pole complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix LED street light of 90Watt powder coated pressure die cast aluminium housing with weatherproof gasket for LEDs and control gear compartments. Pressure die-cast aluminium frame with heat resistant toughened clear glass fixed with SS screws. LEDs are provided with secondary lens optics to get optimum optical performance. The drivers used are specially designed to have built-in surge voltage, open/short circuit protections, Internal surge of 5 Kv and External surge protection of 10 KV provided for additional safety. Luminaries should have CCT of 5700, CRI >70, IP 66 protection, IK 07, PF>.95, THD <10%, operating voltage range of 150 - 300v AC, and 120 Lumen/watt efficiency with a lumen package of 8600 complete including taking out the old unserviceable fittings complete all as specified and directed. Supply and Lay UG cable in trenches/passing through pipes/fixed on walls or poles cable XLPE insulated, armoured electric power cables (Heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 4 core 10 sqmm with suitable cable gland including taking out the old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for earthing complete with galavanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5metre below ground level, connected to galvanised iron wire 4mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, washers of GI or steel, including PCC (concrete chamber) shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C 1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, with fair finish internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4, funnel with wire gauge of (0.68mm) 8 mesh per liner inch, 80mm thick RCC pit cover 320mm x 320mm of RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with XPM, JALLI and charcoal dust and common salt all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR part -I and specified including provision of earth wire protected by 40mm dia medium grade GI pipe and watering pipe shall be 20mm bore medium grade GI pipe, and including all excavation and earth work & connecting the earthing to an earthing test point/ transformer neutral/body/ LT panel etc. and testing on completion, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all specified and directed.

Cutting existing road/hardstand of any type by using crow bar chisel up to a depth of 30 cm for laying GI pipe including making good the surface by returning filling watering ramming in layers 150 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 over 150 mm thick hard core of broken bricks/stones over returning filling watering ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Amount of Credit Schedule shall be deducted to arrive the Contract Sum.
