(1) Cost of necessary safety equipments and precautions as per relevant IS codes to protect the human lives and insurance coverage of the labours etc. shall be the sole responsibility of the agency. (2) The agency shall take every precaution against damage to the nearby structures while dismantling the tower etc. Any damage caused during dismantlement of tower, shall be sole the responsiblity of the agency.
