Name of Work: Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC) inclusive-of 1-Year Comprehensive Operation & Maintenance (O&M) of 30+KWp On-Grid Roof Mounted Captive Solar Power Project at IndianOil, Paribahan Nagar, Matigara,Siliguri, Dist.-Darjeeling, West Bengal 734010 with its further Comprehensive O&M for 6 Years.

Tender Ref. No: Important Notes: 1. Kindly quote the overall percentage above, below or at par to the schedule of rates as given below. To quote at par kindly select above/below from drop down and enter 0%. 2. The tenderers are supposed to quote percentage above, below or at par over the entire schedule of rates uniformally applicable to all items of Schedule of Rates and has no option to quote percentage in any other manner. 3. The BOQ (which contains basic item rates without GST) is on percentage basis. The overall L1 party (lowest out of BOQ ) shall be considered for the award of the work on the acceptable L1 rates before or after negotiations. 3. Tenderers must note that the rates of all items are inclusive of all cost ,charges, incidental expenses ,levies etc except GST which will be paid extra . The tenderers may note that IOCL has considered GST @18% as applicable for the works contracts. By quoting for this tender the bidder confirms to treat this as works contract . The bidders who do not treat this as works contract need not quote. 4. Before filling the rates in price bid, the tenderers must visit the site at their own cost and study complete tender document including detailed scope of work, description / specification of each items, relevant works & logistics of the area. 5. The corporation shall be within its right to execute or not to execute or to partially execute or exceed any of the items as mentioned in the schedule of items & rates and tender documents. 6. The tenderer confirms that they have read and understood the tender documents, terms and conditions, scope of work and then have quoted the percentage rate. 7. The party has to enter bidder's name and the percentage only, in the designated cells. 8. Bidder may change GST Percent (if required) in Column N.
