Repair and Painting works of Hand Railings, Stair Case and other steel structures at Dam Site, Chhirkila of Dhauliganga Power Station.

Earth work in excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. All kinds of soil.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in -charge. 15.2.1 Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete.

Providing and fixing hand rail of approved size by welding etc. to steel ladder railing, balcony railing, staircase railing and similar works, including pplying priming coat of approved steel primer.- G I pipes

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade, One or more coats on old work.

Removing old paint from Steel and other metal surfaces & making the surface even.- With hand scraping

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations repared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete.
