Taking out existing one broken long rail of charpoy and fixing new long rail made out of 32mm bore medium grade GI tubing both ends threaded etc, complete all specified and shown on drawings.

Forming two short rails out of one unserviceable long rail retrieved from item No 1.2 including cutting and threading both ends and fixing into existing charpoy frame including taking out unserviceable short rails etc complete all as specified and shown on drawings.

Forming two legs out of one unserviceable short rail retrieved from item No 1.3 including cutting and threading both ends and providing 32mm bore GI cap plugs and fixing into existing charpoy frame including taking out two unserviceable legs etc, complete all as specified and shown on drawings.

32mm bore, 65mm long GI three way elbow fixed in repair to charpoy including traking out unserviceable elbow etc, complete all as specified and shown on drawings.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged existing front seat rail with new front seat rail, made of Ist class hard wood sheesham wood, well seasoned free from knots, complete all as specified and shown in the drawings.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ damaged foam cushion from sofa 5-seat with new foam cushion, superior quality, 100mm thick, 40 density, size 525x550x100mm, covered with tapestry cloth (Cost of tapestry cloth not less than Rs 150/- per metre), complete all as specified and shown on drawing.Make: Sleepwell/ MM foam/ Kurlon/ Nidra.

REPAIR TO TABLE BED SIDE MAP. FD/E6/MAP/15 (R)

Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged top form table bed side with new top made of partical board for various members indicated on drawing shall be one side pre-laminated, exterior grade with melamine faced veneers on one side and complete all as specified and shown on drawing and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged left/ right/back sides table bed side with new damaged left/ right sides made of partical board for various members indicated on drawing shall be one side pre-laminated, exterior grade with melamine faced veneers on one side and complete all as specified and shown on drawing and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Taking out existing one broken MS Tube of charpoy and fixing new MS tube shall be 16mm thickness, complete all specified and shown on drawings.

Forming of unserviceable MS plate of size 32x32x5mm shall be welded to bottom of legs and 3mm thick rubber sheet fixed with adhesive of approved make with new MS plate of size 32x32x5mm shall be welded to bottom of legs and 3mm thick rubber sheet fixed with adhesive of approved make complete all as specified and shown on drawings.

All steel members shall be powder coated. The thickness of coating shall not be less than 70 micron matt finished of approved shade

Bed Hard MAP

Dismantling of old and US plywood top of bed and S&F new plywood grade BWR,12mm thick (ISI marked)with screws. Note: Contractor has to produce purchase voucher directly from company, (Bar code required)
