1. Erection and dismantling of boaring plant including all arrangment for the transportation of the boaring equipment to site of work from the store of contractor at site and back are to be made by contractor at his own cost. All rates should be quoted for supplying the material at site of work. Pits for collection of water and water for drilling tubewell be arranged by the firm/ contractor at site at his own cost and levelled after the completion of work.

2. In payment of bore shall be made upto the bail plug plus margin (7% of main bore drilling or as actual as per field requirement whihever is less) requred for sustaining the main bore.

Making electric Logging of borehole with electronic well logger including cost of equipment at site etc. complete in all respects.

Supplying, lowering of MS pipe as per IS: 4270-2001 including MS Sockets having dimensions as per IS code duly welded with MS electrode to have extra strength to lower the pipe into tubewell bore.

Supplying at site Wooden Box of Suitable size with Lid & locking arrangement for preserving strata sample colleted from the bore.

Supplying at site of gravel of 1/16" to 1/8" sizes including pouring and packing in the annular space between the pipes assembly and the bore.The gravel should be free from, dust,dirt, or the vegetable manner as per IS 4097/1967 with latest amendments (to be paid as per actual length of pipe)

Development and Stabilizing of the tubewell with air compressor of required capacity as directed by the engineer-in- charge including cost of tools, appliances & consumable to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Development and Stabilizing of the tubewell with submersible pump of required capacity as directed by the engineer-in- charge including cost of tools, appliances & consumable to the satisfaction of Engineer-incharge.

Supplying of tibba sand/local sand over packing of gravel & clay seal upto G.L below pipe assembly and bore including carriage complete in all respect. As per IS 2800:2019.

Supply & fixing sanitary seal having rubber tight on housing pipe complete in all respect as per IS 2800:2019.

Collection of water sample from different strata and testing of sample from approved laboratory (Physical & chemical Analysis)

Testing of Water sample for heavy metal from approved laboratory (Toxic material such as Arsenic, lead, mercury, pesticide, uranium etc.).

(Earth work mechanically) PVC pipe 160mm o/d rising main (10Kgf/sqcm)

Provision for making connection with existing pipe line complete in all respects.

Providing & fixing C.I/D.I Flanged end, stem of SS (AIS 1410) and Bronze(gunmetal) working parts Sluice Valves ISI marked 14846-2000, including jointing , testing & cost of Nut ,Bolt & insertion sheet, all carriage complete (with the approval of Engineer in-charge). (150mm i/d) Class PN-1 as per ISI (c) 150 mm old s.v flanged.

Construction of masonary Sluice Valve Chamber excluding Sluice valve cover as per standard design & drawings of public health department. Size 0.9 m. x 0.9 m.

i) Providing & Installing Testing & Commissioning of One No. Electrically driven Sub. Pumping set of approved make capable of delivering 949 Lpm/15.82 Lps against a head of 66 mtr complete including 2 nos earthing as per specifications attached ii) PITC Electric control panel consisting of electric appliances such as automatic STAR Delta Push Button or oil immersed Starter, Main Switch. Volt Meter, Ampere Meter, ELCB, Shun Capacitor, Single Phase Preventer, Indicating Lamps, Kit-Kat etc.complete as per specifications attached. iii) PITC of suitable size submersible cable complete as per specifications attached v) PITC of double flanged G.I column pipe of size 4", 36 mtr including specials, ISI marked (medium class) reputed make installing complete as per specifications.
